We would definitely stay in this hotel again!
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel in the middle of the old town as well as its beautiful historic interior. The breakfast offered many choices and Thibault was an excellent chef who made the best eggs and welcomed us every morning. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and were always interested in our plans and ready to make suggestions of things to do

Cons:

The construction noise outside was loud on some days but the scaffolding was being removed as we left

Very nice staff but hotel disappointing.
Pros:

Very nice staff, exceptional reception staff. No facilities at all, not even a real vestibule, no lounge or coffee available, no restaurant, although our room was comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was an outrageous 32 euros, not worth it at all.
