Highly recommended, will visit again in the future
Pros:

I like the public bath, friendly and helpful staff, free laundry and free massage chair, which helped us relaxed after a long day.

The room is big, quiet and clean.

Public bath is comfortable. Free dessert after the bath is refreshing.

Cons:

A little bit far from train station, but manageable.

Good value and exceptional all round. Very relaxing. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great onsen, great buffet dinner, great staff. Loved the Japanese style of the hotel. Very well appointed.

Pros:

People say it’s all about location, well this place hits 10/10 for location, amazing, easy access to the metro and surrounding forms of transport.
The staff were incredible c could not fault them in any way. The hotels amenities were amazing considering, I would go back tomorrow.

Cons:

No restaurant (evening) or no way to have a night cap, but that’s all.

Pros:

・靴を脱いで畳で過ごすので、幼児や未就学児でも過ごしやすいところ。
・子供用のボディソープの貸し出しがあった。
・温泉やサウナがあり、アイスも無料で食べられた。
・シャワーヘッドがリファだった。
・ドライヤーの風力が強くてよく乾いた。
・子供がロビーで待っている間に迷路や塗り絵をもらえた。
・朝食が充実していた。

Cons:

・壁が薄く、子供の泣き声が廊下まで響き渡っていた。
・0歳くらいの子供のためのベットインベッドやベビーベッドなどの貸し出しがあれば良かった。
・部屋についてるお風呂はシャワーだけで狭かった。子供と一緒には入れない。
・部屋の人感センサーでつく電気がオフにできたら良かった。
・子供のためのサービスがもっと分かりやすかったらよかった。
・周りに飲食店が少なかった。
・まだ立ったり座ったりできない子供には優しくない。（お風呂、朝食）

Schönes Hotel, komplett schuhfrei. Toll das Angebot mit den Ramen abends um 21:30 und die Getränke-Flatrate im Restaurant, wo man abends auch Mitgebrachtes verzehren darf. Schönes echtes Onsen!

Cons:

Das Zimmer und das Bett waren sehr klein.
In einer Woche Aufenthalt haben wir gar keine Reinigung erhalten. Nicht einmal der Abfall wurde geleert. Die Angabe „keine Tägliche Reinigung“ war irreführend, da ich davon ausging, dass wenigstens alle paar Tage das Zimmer gemacht wird. Lediglich Handtücher wurden auf Nachfrage neu an die Tür gehängt.

Pros:

Really clean and nice staff. Also nice Onsen. Free ramen as a snack at night and an ok breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms where on the small side. But as much can be expected in Japan

Brilliant Royakan-style experience
Pros:

The breakfast, Onsen + Sauna and bedtime noodles were fabulous and the staff friendly and very helpful. It was by far my favourite hotel on my recent leisure trip to Japan. Thank you for making the stay so special!

A great authentic experience.
Pros:

The onsen was great, staff was very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was clean and nice, the offering of sweet treat at the onsen in the evening and probiotic in the mornings was great, they offered good night Ramen (although we did not try it) , close to the river and a great greenspace there.

Cons:

A little far to walk to the mainstream
