Great amenities and a great price!
Pros:

Good location, comfortable room, fabulous onsen! Loved the free midnight noodles, toiletries provided in the onsen were great!

Clean and well designed rooms in a quiet and convenient location of Osaka.
Pros:

Clean rooms, super convenient location and nice sento.

Cons:

I didn’t mind not having daily cleaning (which is the option I chose when booking) - you have to request new towels daily if you want. There was one night they forgot to bring me new towels and when I called the front desk they asked that I come down to pick them up instead of taking them to my room. Not a huge deal but would’ve made my stay a bit better if they had remembered!

Alleine wäre dieses Zimmer in Ordnung. Aber für diesen Preis würde ich nicht nochmals in dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind - selbst für japanische Verhältnisse - extrem klein. Zu zweit (2 x männlich >180cm) auf diesem Bett zu schlafen war schier unmöglich. Zudem war es etwas speziell, dass bspw. für „zu viel Abfall“ eine Gebühr verlangt wurde.

Pros:

Loved the onsen. Location was great. really appreciative of the no shoes in hotel. Lovely room with matting floor & comfortable bed.

Couldn’t have asked for better
Pros:

This is a wonderful property. First thing is the cleanliness. When you enter to check in, you are asked to lick your shoes and required to walk with socks on. Loved it. We got there early, so we left our luggage and went for a quick lunch. When we came back our luggage was already transferred to our room.

Rooms are spacious by Japan standards and spotless. The only nit, and I am going out there, was that the night suits was a bit itchy so I opted for my own pyjamas. Staff are super courteous and helpful, and literally it is within walking distance distance (30 minutes each) to Osaka Castle and the Umeda Building. You can also take subway which is 3 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hot spring on the rooftop, quiet neighborhood, minutes to metro
Pros:

Quiet property, the natural hot spring on the rooftop was fantastic! Clean and gives tranquility. I had a corner double bedroom, it's not big and very dark as the window faces the next building that is only 5 feet away. Free udon noodle every night. About 5 min walk to the nearest metro.

Cons:

Staff competence is mixed.
