Pasamos muy bien

A super hotel in an excellent position close to the sea; it has an excellent pool and a great spa, particularly for ladies. Great value, friendly and attentive staff, good-sized clean rooms, most with a great view out over the sea. I’ve been several times, always had fun and an excellent stay.

Room was clean but there wasn't any balkons and had a lot of mosquitos. We could barely sleep our first night. Pool was outside the hotel, wasn't clean and there wasn't any heaters or services on the pool.

Mes déceptions : 1) pas de service d'organisation d'excursions à l'hôtel. J'ai été assistée aimablement par quelqu'un du personnel pour les réservations de taxi. Les employés de la réception répondaient à mes questions sur les besoins matériels mais aucune initiative pour le tourisme. 2) Aucune animation proposée en soirée. Ambiance triste.
3) Le premier jour, le plombier n'a pas réussi à résoudre le problème de fuite de la chasse d'eau. Plus d'eau à la chasse en pleine nuit. Ils ont fait venir le plombier à 1h30 et il a réparé la chasse en quelques minutes.
4) Tous les jours je devais redescendre à la réception pour réactiver la carte-clé car la porte ne s'ouvrait pas. On m'a expliqué seulement le dernier jour que c'est parce que je la rangeais dans mon sac près du téléphone mais seulement après que j'aie posé la question.
Points positifs : le cadre est magnifique ; j'ai pu profiter de la plage et de la piscine. (La porte de la douche de la piscine ne fermait pas et n'a jamais été réparée).
La rue passante et touristique qui se situe juste à proximité est agréable. On mange bien dans les petits restaurants. Les gens sont serviables.

The hotel looks like a 5-stars hotel from the outside but it is not anywhere near that. The room was very dirty in every detail, we found used wet towels in the bathroom, used toiletries. The breakfast was not fresh items, and dont have hygiene standards. I regret paying that much for the bad quality we received.

Genel olarak konforlu güzel, mutfağı çeşitli olan bir otel. Temizlik konusunda zayıf olarak değerlendirilebilir. Haricinde her şey güzel.

Hotels.com’da güzel gözüken ancak hizmet kalitesi yetersiz olan bir otel.. Otoparkı oldukça küçük.. Havuz da küçük tüm şezlonglar dolu.. Denize yürüme mesafesi 15 dk.
Odanın temizliği ortalama.. Oda da bir tane tablo dahi yok.
Havlunuzu asacağınız hiçbir asacak yok. Oldukça özensiz.
Otelden o kadar vazgeçmişler ki koridor halıları bile süpürülmüyor.
Belki güzel olabilecek bir otel ama kötü işletme sebebiyle değerinin karşılığını bulamıyor.
Ortada garson yok. Bar desen kendilerinden bir haberler..
Hakettiği gecelik rakam 3.000 TL olan ama 8.000 TL’ye satılan otel 👍

Otelden memnun kaldık, tek olumsuz faktör iki ayrı yatak istemiştik odaya girdiğimizde birleştirilmiş iki ayrı yatak tek çarşaf tek yorgan vardı biz kendimiz ayırdık.

Sehr schöner Pool mit tollen Liegen und sehr leckeren Snacks. Tolle Spa Möglichkeiten. Sehr gute Betten in den Zimmern. Badezimmer etwas veraltet. Das Hotel ist Top und hat viel Potenzial. Einrichtung und auch das Gebäude sollte etwas erneuert werden!

Nice view and property

instead of double bed we had two single ones together and they were constantly sliding away from each other, bathroom was in bad condition and not very clean, water was with money
But pool was great, clean and comfortable, spa area was great as well, and it was free of extra charge

The Sign Degirmen is a super hotel - I've stayed before several times, the service is always friendly and efficient, it a well-placed hotel with a super pool and spa facilities. Breakfast is excellent, and overall, the hotel is great value.

Otopark çok yetersizdi. Anahtar bırakmak istemedim ama mecbur kaldım. Odanın buzdolabı ve kliması çalışıyordu ama soğutmuyordu. Söyledim, teknik ekip bakacak dediler, ne gelen var ne giden. Mecburen camı açtık bu sefer de sinek istilasına uğradık. İki günlük konaklama diye herhalde oda temizliği yapılmadı. Temizlik hakkında şunu söyleyeyim anlaşılsın: O çalışmayan buzdolabı var ya onun içi kıl doluydu. İyi taraflar ise şunlar : Otelin konumu çok iyi, manzara harika, kahvaltı iyi, havuz yeterli büyüklükte. Aslında bu basit gibi görünen ayrıntılara dikkat etseler çok iyi olurdu. Denizi geçip derede boğuldu otel.
