Pros:

The service was more than excellent. The room was beautiful and outside the room I was in the jungle. There’s more than 1 pool, mine the water was not that clear. It was fine for me I just got a tattoo and could not go in any pool for that matter. Look like they were working hard to get that pool clear. Overall 12 out of 10

Pros:

Beautiful stay. Lovely people. Quiet. Great service. Clean. Simple. Nice coffee shops nearby. Art & Buddhist vibes. Lovely shops and little places to explore. Local vibes. They looked after me very well. Family environment.

Pros:

Don't stay here, my room was unclean and unsecured and also the staff went back on a verbal agreement to change rooms and became threatening after I requested it to be put in writing (a request from the third party site I used)

The bedroom is not secured as the bathroom window can only be opened and locked from the outside and the door to the bathroom is not lockable.

There were animal droppings on my sheets and when I requested for them to be changed the second set also had the same issue, after requesting for them to be changed again they said I should just wipe it off with a tissue.

It was advertised as a private 1 bedroom villa with a private pool when I booked however that is not the case it is more like a one bedroom hotel room entrances are shared and also the pool can be used by anyone.

After 2 months I finally received a successful chargeback claim. The accommodation decided to go through arbitration as they thought they provided an adequate service clearly mastercard/ wise thought otherwise
