Pros:

Almost everything the front desk clerk was the best I have ever had at any hotel I've ever stayed at, I just can't remember her name. She was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pool wasn't very good and quite cold also had an odor.

A memorable stay for all the wrong reasons.

Good location and easy access to freeway

Cons:

By 8 pm the pool had been over taken by about 25 drunk adults that sat around the side and made fun of the way my 9 and 11 year old daughters swam. They played loud inappropriate music and screamed at each other. We were forced to leave and staff was notified. At the same time the lobby had about 14 drunk adults laughing and shouting while their children ran behind the check in desk and threw food around. The electricity in our room went out at 4 am and did not get turned back on until 5:45 am.
