I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to how disappointing my stay was. I stayed at this hotel during what was supposed to be a special occasion—my birthday—and unfortunately, it turned into a truly unpleasant experience. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff—particularly one woman—was extremely rude and unhelpful. Her attitude set a very negative tone and made me feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, my car was hit in the hotel parking lot. When I reached out to the staff for assistance, no one was able (or willing) to help. There was no support, no follow-up, and no accountability. I felt completely dismissed during a stressful situation. What was supposed to be a relaxing and celebratory getaway turned into a frustrating and upsetting ordeal. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent customer service or a safe and supportive environment.
