Cons:

We had booked two units. One was incredibly dirty and so we had to move. The other unit was for 3 people but the lock on the door didn’t work so Sosuites moved us at 1:00 am in the morning to another unit that was only meant for 2. The units did not have refilled soap and conditioner - it looks like they forgot to replace items between guests. The replacement unit we were in did not have bedding or towels for our third person. Sosuites was not understanding in providing a sufficient refund for the downgrade in the room and for fitting 3 people

Pros:

Liked the kitchen setup - clean pots and pans (good quality for cooking too!)
Liked the bathroom setup
Appreciated the quality bedroom closet accessories for hanging and our clothing; could have used a couple more hangers.
Liked the central location; it was easy to walk to a lot of different sites and restaurants

Cons:

The floors were not very clean. Luckily there was a broom available. We were able to clean up a bit with that.
Because there was only one kitchen towel we ended up using paper towels for a lot of clean up. The paper towels were very low quality.
The common area (kitchen, dining, sitting area) was set up oddly. We could really only sit at the dining table if we weren't in the bedroom. This set up made it less comfortable to hang out and relax.

Great place in the city a block from rittenhouse sq, it's my second sosuite location and they've done great jobs on layouts, kitchen, and initial living supplies

Cons:

Kitchen sink water worked half the time, never got water in the bathroom above a barely not-cold temp. Infra needs a little TLC there.

Pros:

Big room and easy to access. The windows and the view were excellent. Huge living area and comfy bed.

Cons:

Bathroom counter was very small and the above window high in the bedroom let in streetlight from living room 3 French doors. Would prefer darker room.

Location and easy entry

Cons:

No hot water in the shower? Waited so long and never warmed up, taking a hot shower is part of daily routine and had to go to work without warm shower or washing hair. Think this is an old building? On demand water heaters are fairly inexpensive and a nice upgrade to an old building that will be hosting many short term rentals

Cons:

Old half eaten food as well as utensils left in microwave from previous person. Opened microwave and it then made the entire room smell disgusting for the next hour. I reported this and no one reached out or did anything about it.

Book at Your Own Risk
Pros:

My fiancée and I booked here for New Years Eve. We arrived at the scheduled check in time, but the room had not been cleaned. As the photos show, the place was disgusting—including, among other things, condom wrappers and tissues with (unknown) liquids on the windows sill.

We reached out to SoSuite and they told us we had to wait for another two hours for them to clean the room. Unfortunately we informed them that, given the holiday, the later check in would cause us to cancel plans. And, given the cold weather, we really didn’t have another place to go for two hours with our luggage.

SoSuite was not concerned. They initially refused to give us any credits. Only after some push back, they offered us a late check out the next day. And, after some additional discussion, they gave us a take-it-or-leave-it choice: accept a full refund (which would require us to rebook somewhere else on NYE, a nonstarter) or accept a “standard” credit reimbursement of $50—but they would not offer anything else.

We accepted the latter because we didn’t have any choice. When we arrived at our room at 6:30 PM there were still condom wrappers under our bed. We asked for further consideration on additional credits but never heard back.

SoSuite is a good place to stay—if they remember to clean your room. If they don’t, you should not expect them to take any responsibility for the situation Instead, you will pay $300 for condom wrappers under your bed or you will need to seriously consider finding another place to stay.
