Fantastic location, lovely looking hotel, spacious and welcoming, but the eating and sleeping areas need more thought

Closeness to the train station, restaurants, shopping, comfy bed,

Cons:

Small sized room for the price, no bedside table one side of the bed, only a raised shelf that was difficult to put down a cup, book, phone etc due to height and attached lamp. Some staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere but at the hotel, breakfast was not the most enticing, with undercooked or overcooked selections on the hot plate.

Pros:

I loved everything about the stay. Rooms were on the smaller side as expected but there is the possibility to upgrade to a bigger room if you want to invest a little more for space. The room has all the necessary amenities and everything is of great quality. I particularly appreciated the complimentary water, the 10/10 breakfast and how close it was to Canary Wharf station (a few stops away from central London). I will definitely be back.

Business-/Finance-Viertel. in Ordnung für Städtereise.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und beengt. Das Doppelbett hatte vermutlich 140x200m, max. 160x200m. Selbst als Paar war es uns zu eng. Das hatte ich bisher in einem Doppelzimmer noch nie erlebt. Kaum Ablage, Badezimmer zweckmäßig.

Pros:

Great lift system, very good rooms, but,, breakfast Good selection, poorly advertised if required anything other than what was self service, most hot items only Luke warm, very slow in re stocking missing items, overall acceptable but could be improved upon easily.

Cons:

Better control of breakfast
Evening bar, mainly serving unbranded or unknown brands , tried a few different ones, didn’t think value for money, or liked them

Pros:

Clean , comfy bed and lovely shower

Cons:

The only improvement I’d say is to have the option for families to have another single bed in the room.
We love this hotel and we come to London once or twice a year and we’d like to continue to stay here but with a 1 year old that might not be possible due to no family rooms. It was okay this time as we had a cot option but she will be grown out of that next year . Will be a shame

Very comfortable and clean. A nice comfortable bed and a good location.

Cons:

The breakfast food was good, but the service was confusing and disorganised. No staff were available to seat us, and servers seemed focused on non-hotel guests. The filter coffee was cold, and many guests struggled with the complicated coffee machine due to a lack of instructions. The overall atmosphere during breakfast felt strange and poorly managed.

Nice but never again.
Pros:

Nice rooms although extremely small for 2 people.

Cons:

Since when a 4 star charges for early check-in??? 10 pounds per hour. And the bar is always empty of food.

Absolutely amazing :)
Pros:

It was absolutely beautiful, very quiet and calm and a lovely atmosphere throughout the whole place. Service was fast, easy and pleasant. Staff were kind and eager to help. The bed was comfortable and there a gorgeous view.
