Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms are big and very stylish & modern. The roof top swimming pool was my favourite part of the stay as you can look over the city with amazing views. I found the shop in the hotel really handy. +601156281260 really good laundry service if needed and super cheap and fast return. The staff at reception weren’t very approachable and were on their phones when talking to them so I ended up going to the security for help and they were very helpful.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here :)

The location is good.

Cons:

The lifts were very slow, out of the 4 lifts, 1 was faulty. Th amenities were bad, only 2 bathroom towels and 2 toothbrushing sets given. There was no bedroom slippers, hand towels or floor mat. A CASH-ONLY deposit of RM200 was required, this was not stated on booking.com. The sound-proofing of the room was terrible, can hear the person next door even when he is speaking normally on the phone. Will definitely not recommend anyone to stay here. Not cheap either, very disappointed!

Первая комната была лучше, через 2 дня поменяли, так как были разные брони. Самый плюс только расположение, не далеко от центра , пешком мин 5 до башен.

Cons:

Есть запах в номерах, мебель и диваны уставшие, грязные у пятнах. Сервис самый удачный во всем мире, особенно ресепшен . 2 номер был с запахом сигарет, мы раза 5 подходили на ресепшен и только потом нам поменяли и то только на следующий день. Разница пару штук, но разница в комнатах ужас просто, лучше переплата долларов 10. На ресепшене девочки слов нет, такое хамское отношения, как будто пришла к ним домой . Сервис самый ужасный из 20 стран где была. В целом Малайзия не знают что такое сервис

Good for a short getaway from work
Pros:

Love the location and the bathtub, for someone who's tall I can fit comfortably. The check in was a bit tricky since it's a popular destination for tourists, so queues can take a bit of time. Parking can be claimed at the counter, lift is shared with residence and the facilities inside the room are complete.

Cons:

It could do with a better soundproofing since I can hear my neighbour's TV, but other than that it was great!

The location is a big advantage, as it is close to KLCC and makes it convenient for exploring the city.

One thing I appreciated was the staff’s responsiveness. When the TV in the unit was not working, it was replaced immediately, which showed efficiency and good handling of issues.

The facilities also had some highlights. The view from the pool was amazing and definitely a standout feature of the stay. The gym was quite basic, but still sufficient for a simple workout. I also found the elevator to be fast and efficient, which made getting around the building easier.

Cons:

Although the location is close to KLCC, getting around is not very convenient without a car or Grab, as the nearest LRT station is still quite far.

The unit also lacked some basic amenities. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, and essentials like bathrobes, slippers, and even a kitchen towel were not provided, which made the stay less comfortable.

Service at the reception was disappointing. The staff did not show basic courtesy during check-in or check-out—there were no smiles or even a simple “thank you,” which made the experience feel unwelcoming.

Pros:

Uniquement la piscine et la Gym avec la vue magnifique.

Cons:

J’ai rarement vu un personnel aussi désagréable à l’accueil. Pas un sourire ou un bonjour. Et quand tu leur pose une question tu as juste l’impression de les embêter.
La chambre pas confortable du tout : on sentait tous les ressorts du matelas, la machine à laver faisait un bruit comme si tout l’immeuble allait s’effondrer, et niveau linge de maison : médiocre. Une seule serviette et un tapis de bain pour une durée de 5 jours. Pas de savon pour les mains, pas de serviette pour la cuisine.
La vue de la chambre était superbe MAIS ce serait mieux de pouvoir en profiter avec des vitres propres. Les vitres étaient tellement sales avec des traces de doigts partout.
