Eine einzige Tortur, wir brauchen danach erstmal eine ordentliche Erholung.

Cons:

Erstmal war das Zimmer (vor allem unter dem Bett!!)extrem dreckig. Das wäre aber halb so schlimm, wenn wir nicht um 3 Uhr nachts Bed Bugs gefunden hätten und daraufhin in ein kleineres Zimmer wechseln mussten als wir gebucht hatten, indem wir uns dann natürlich ebenfalls nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Auf freundliche Anfrage unsererseits, dass wir eine Rückerstattung für angebracht halten, kam eine Antwort, dass dies überprüft werden würde und man sich für die Situation entschuldige…bis heute und auch auf mehrmalige Nachfrage kam keine Antwort mehr. Einfach unzumutbar!!!!

Top Lage, 5-10 Minuten Fussweg zu den Petronas Twins.

Cons:

Recht unfreundliches, unmotiviertes Personal an der Rezeption. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig.

Great place, would use again.
Pros:

Lovely little apartment, very clean, had everything you needed. Pool on 47th floor was amazing. Staff really friendly and helpful and handy ‘left luggage’ we used on our check out day. Good location and nice bars and restaurants around. Would recommend.

Scarlett suites klcc yes but not with Mykey ...
Pros:

relatively close to public transport, close to areas of interest

Cons:

the assistance and communication with MyKey, it is cumbersome, they respond slowly, they delay the payment of the amount paid for the guarantee, I have written to them countless times, I also sent a message to booking, I do not recommend mykey to those who want Scarlett suites klcc.
