Pros:

I arrived needing a place to stay urgently during an already extremely difficult week. I paid $300, believing I would be able to get a room. However, after the payment was taken, I was told that I could not stay because I am 19 and the minimum age requirement is 21. Despite this, my $300 was not returned.

This situation left me not only without a place to stay, but also without money that I genuinely needed during a vulnerable moment. Being turned away after payment, in an environment that already felt unsafe and chaotic, was emotionally upsetting and deeply disappointing.

I respectfully request a clear explanation regarding the payment and the immediate return of my $300. I hope your management takes this situation seriously and works to resolve it promptly.

Cons:

My experience at your establishment was extremely concerning and unacceptable. When I arrived, the environment felt unsafe, with individuals around the property who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. On top of that, I was charged money that I cannot account for, and when I asked about the room and payment, no one provided a clear explanation as to what happened to my money.

This situation has left me feeling taken advantage of and very unsafe. I expect a clear explanation and resolution regarding the missing money. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and health authorities, and I will explore further legal options if necessary.

I hope your management takes this issue seriously and resolves it as soon as possible.

RECOMAND A HARD STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

It's a shady neighbourhood. People loitering in and out around hotel in very questionable manner. Entire hotel has strong cigarette smell. Even if you smoke, it still hits you. Washroom not cleaned. They take security deposit in cash. I checked out within 10 mins of checkin. They didn't refund even security deposit forget room rent. Only time you can get your refund is after 8am and in person cash only, not a case if you are traveling and lives too far. Owner is incapable to understand logic, a indicator of his ill intention. Overall it's shady, smelly, ugly place, full of dumb, selfish and crooked staffs led by a con man.

Everything it was the most disgusting place, no towels, high crime , believe prostitution was taking place, homeless people in stairwell. Cockroaches in the bathroom. You should remove this from your listings
