The worst stay ever

Nothing everything seems not okay

Cons:

The air-conditioning wasn't functioning. The room was smelly and no basic things like a shower cap was not provided. The washroom door cannot be locked. I booked a queen bed room but I got a room where 2 single beds were joined together. It was really uncomfortable to sleep. The television is not functioning and the remote as well. It costs me RM140 but not worth it at all.

Horrible service, reception didn’t allow me to request for a change of towel despite my 12 nights stay, will be extra charge for changing bath towel
