Bath towel should be change daily

Horrible service, reception didn’t allow me to request for a change of towel despite my 12 nights stay, will be extra charge for changing bath towel

For the price we paid can be considered above acerage

Cons:

The parking charges was a little on the highside. Could not compute the formula they used.
Evertime we stayed we had serious problems with the TV channels. It was very hard to get tv reception. We had to call for help each time we off the tv. Each time we off the tv we had to reset it. Major weakness in this hotel

I like the location of the hotel and my rooms's view. It needs to abit ofimprovement on cleanliness
Pros:

The location being near our taininig venue and the restaurants nearby,the 24/7 shop downstairs was really good.

Cons:

The hotel rooms have not been cleaned properly, bed linens are found dirty and looks like they have not been changed.
