We love it

Me and my family enjoyed our stay! Is definitly our 1st choice next time we are in the area!

Clean rooms and very polite an knowledgeable staff , only complaint Sunday breakfast said 7am to 9 am the cook started cooking breakfast at 7am so it wasn’t ready until 7:45-8am

It was good. Everyone was friendly. The only thing that was hard is getting to our room from the outside. The lock was broken on our floor so if the door latched we couldn’t get back in. We had to go all the way around to the lobby.
The downstairs door wouldn’t take our code so same thing. We had to go all the way around to the lobby.

The room was clean amd the staff very nice but really could use a lot of updating.

fun center area, convenient check in and access to necessities inside, and well thought out furniture arrangement in rooms. excellent water pressure.

Nice hotel,kids loved the pool and play area

We have stayed at this property several times and have always loved the stay, however, this time the room felt damp and sticky. Everything, carpet, bedding, etc felt wet to the touch and the air was very humid. We had not experienced this before when we have stayed. We do love the restaurant and the staff are always pleasant and kind at the front desk. The whole place is pretty clean feeling and looking, but my Husband noticed there were cob webs in the corners of our room. We will probably try again, but if the rooms have the same feel, we will probably find somewhere else to stay.

Dont be fooled by the amenities the room they gave me had dirty it was giving motel 6 vibes that had old green carpet with the border nails sticking out by the restroom that my son stepped on. The door had to be tugged and pulled on to get it open or to lock. One two wall plugs worked, we had to unplug the mini fridge or tv just to is the microwave. They had a party rented for the pool area that had music so loud it sounded like a club. And the “free” breakfast isn’t free they only had waffles and cereal for their free breakfast but if you wanted eggs you had to pay which we are not apposed to paying for a good breakfast but this wasn’t it. When we walked passed the first floor rooms they were completely upgraded. They should have all the rooms that way before booking them to guest.

Pretty cool hotel, clean and felt safe. The room was a bit outdated I didn’t get the room advertised but overall it was a good stay. Very unique with the indoor amenities in the middle of the hotel.

We booked this hotel last minute but regret not getting there sooner to enjoy all the amenities. I earned a lot of brownie points with from my kids (teen/preteen) and that is not an easy task lol

Good place to stay.

So its sad to me because the young lady that worked the last two nights at least until 10pm was so nice and great. The place was run down, but you could see the attempts of remodeling. The bathroom door didnt secure. The middle side door didnt secure to the building. And honestly i was okay with it because how awesome the young lady was to everyone. But when i went to go and pay for the late check out..the young lady was so nice and charged me for it and told me she made notes for the late checkout.

This morning the "Front Manager" Isabel told my wife and kids they had tonget out before the agreed upon time from the night before. I called Isabel and she stated first that we didn't pay for late checkout...when I informed her we did and i had the transaction on my bank app. She "refreshed" it and it showed now. But they didnt allow late check out to 1pm...even though thats exactly what we were told. Instead, of helping us out she decided to threaten to charge us another day. Her management skills and people skills were terrible. And just like that, it went from a pleasurable stay, even though it had issues to the building, to a DO NOT RETURN and a DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hope they promote the other youg lady and send Isabel the "Front DeskManager" to some kind of customer service training. It was sad it ended that way because they definitely have some staff that is super amazing. But with bad leadership, I am not to hopeful.

Wish the complete breakfast was included with the stay, but all in all it’s always a great stay and most definitely affordable. We stay there at least once a month and will continue.

The cleaning could be better

We loved our stay. The staff was really nice and helpful. The pool was warm and the rooms were quiet and the water was really hot which I enjoyed. The room was huge and not having to worry about keeping up with a key card we had a code.
