Bien, solo los baños están muy chicos y los cristales están casi a punto de caerse

no vuelvo!!!

El personal es muy amable, la habitación es de lo más básica para pasarla bien
Pero la limpieza cuando llegamos si dejo de que desear, los vidrios del baño y espejos estaban muy sucios y el baño es muy pequeño

Maritza me atendió súper bien, me dió todas las indicaciones necesarias del lugar, solo que en los 4 días que estuve no fueron a limpiar y no me hubo cambio de blancos y el control del clima no funcionaba muy bien

Eu sou a pessoa que sempre acha que os comentários ruins dos hoteis são exageros ,porém a realidade do Hotel Elevem é pior do que está escrito nos comentários , lugar sujo, chuveiro não esquenta e com pouca vazão de água , atendimento péssimo e me recusei andar 4 quadras pra tomar um café da manhã péssimo , o que me ocasionou um gasto extra . Não voltaria e não recomendo estragar suas férias em um lugar tão ruim .

Great time

Upon arriving in Playa Del Carmen, it took us almost an hour to find this Hotel. When we finally found it, it was identified by a small sign on the door. The girl who met us identified herself as the receptionist. Wanted to get paid before we were handed the keys. Took us to our room on the 3rd floor. The TV was not working, loud noise from the traffic and a pool above our room, where you could hear all the noise of people in it. The next day, I asked for another room lower to the ground floor. The shower did not work, said they were having water problems. No hot water etc... All contact with this Hotel was by Whatsup. There is no 24/7 desk and no security afterhours. Breakfast? had to walk 15 minutes away to another Hotel, this is not acceptable. Pillows were hard, only a thin sheet on the bed and no blankets. This place looks like an illegal rooming house and a scam Hotel. Beware!!!

It was terrible to find the hotel eleven because they had no nor a name on the building and the doors looked and no one knows where it is around the area that makes it a terrible place to Be

Huge disappointment. Something always wrong n room - air conditioning leaking then our mini fridge stopped working. One day only cold shower. Cleaning staff not attentive hard to go search for toilet paper twice. Also cheap with towels

Good location, convenient

Right smack in the middle of the city .. everything was near by.

The staff was kind and helpful. I would give them all a "10".
The rooftop pool was also very nice. However, since our last stay here the condition of the property has deteriorated quite a bit. It was definitely noticeable. The shower would not shut off and the running water kept us up all night. One of the sliding glass doors was off it's track and couldn't be closed. Nobody onsite after 5pm so we had to put up with it all night. We only stayed one of our two booked nights due to the condition. When we asked for a refund for the second night, we were told that they couldn't give it to us and we'd have to get it back from Expedia. We'll see how that goes.

Great option for the price, location is close to everything without the noise. Friendly and very responsive staff. Clean, and spacious rooms. Great experience
