Slecht, achterstallig hotel met te eenvoudige kamer, geen tv, geen internet, geen uitzicht en niets van wat er te zien en beloofd werd op de website.
The view
The hotel is very outdated including the room we were staying in, the carpet was filthy toilets were not properly clean, curtains hanging off as well as wall light fixtures, windows didnt close properly! Cracks around window, the windows also had mould in them .

The location/view
On arrival told breakfast was not included. Booked with booking.com chose hotels with included so will contact them. Arrived early so room checked told it was ready..Then told on 4th fl lift only goes to 3rd. No warning . Room must of been one of the smallest you have .Not like any of the photos on the site. Windowsil was covered with sand. So not cleaned I understand it's an old building but this was obvious it covered the whole of the windowsil and couldn't have been missed rest was ok.My husband struggled to get in shower.As bathroom was so small. Water only dribbled out of sink tap. PAID £399 for 2 nights as rooms looked lovely and thought it would be worth it.. IT WASN'T..Didn't complain at time as didn't think we would be moved as thought you were full.
We stayed here 5 years ago and were excited to see it had been refurbished - but only some rooms. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay on one of those, we had a huge room with a great view, but it was very run-down and shabby sadly.
The staff were professional, breakfast was good and the pizzas were outstanding!
We hope to stay again when the entire place has been given a long overdue upgrade.

The key to get into the room felt like it was going to snap everytime we went to open the door. The breakfast was a let down for continental the cooked breakfast was good.

The WiFi was not working at all. When asked was informed it was the whole of the street. However when going to a bar next door the internet worked there.
Bathroom was very clean .Staff were helpful Good location.
Room was very plane no pictures on the wall. no chest of drawers. no help book or information in the room.
