Pros:

We had damp and mould in the room.

Fabulous location
Pros:

Fabulous location , friendly staff , comfy room
Cooked breakfast (new) great value for money . Did suggest a smaller portion would be more acceptable as we left far too much .

Cons:

The room we had ,twin was on second floor , single glazing ,which made it quite noisy and as it was quite windy ,could feel a draught as one bed was under window.

Although minor moans and refit in progress will visit again superb 👌
Pros:

Absolutely made the stay exceptional was the staff very friendly and efficient
The breakfast was to die for 👍🏻

Cons:

Minor judgment was tv too big for size of room and far too high o wall to watch
Tea /coffee cups more aesthetically appealing than functional (very small)
Owners were investigating my concerns 👍🏻

It was a very Pleasant stay, we would stay again they were very accommodating of what we needed.
Cons:

So few things for improvement 1:could do with little bit music in the background in the bar as it’s so quiet with out
2:signs for the toilets to show were they are from down stairs, plus better signage from the 3rd floor to show the way out.
3: I know you had only just started breakfast but a menu to show what’s on it and and what’s included with it
4: very important please check the shower in the room we stayed as it was freezing unless you ran the hot tap first and then you had to try and adjust the shower for correct temp needs a thermostat I would say as early burn.
When customer go to leave you was very friendly but always ask how their stay was as this would get you the feed back you need..
