Good Stay out of the CBD
Pros:

Good location outside of the CBD. Fully equipped apartment.
Breakfast has limited options but the food was good. Easy parking in the basement. Convenient to eateries and a supermarket all in walking distance.

Have stayed here regularly and always happy to return. Staff are always pleasant and professional. Rooms are immaculately clean, well stocked with tea, coffee, toiletries, etc. Bed and pillows very comfy. Room is quiet and parking secure.

Pros:

During my stay I took a tumble on the street outside the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and supportive to me and particularly to my wife during my medical attention at hospital. Nothing was too much trouble. We readily extended our stay and have booked our next visit.

Stayed for one night as had a wedding in city. Lovely hotel, clean and modern room. Weirdly had none of the "standard" hotel amenities in the room: no face cloth, shower cap, spare blanket. Sure I could've asked for them but not really looking for human interaction midnight & tired for bed! Otherwise nice.
