Very impressed with the breakfast menu, lots of choice.

The activities and restaurants in the precinct are great!
Our heater and thermostat didn’t work in the room. Called reception, they already knew it didn’t work and responded with “oh yes, I can see it’s cold in your room, I’ll set a high temperature for you”, which meant we couldn’t then turn it back through the night.
The bathroom smelt like sewerage for no apparent reason.
There was a cyclical loud clicking noise throughout the night (maybe why the heater was broken??).
No milk in room for tea or coffee.
Mattress and pillows were ALL shocking. The person with me felt like they were going to roll out of the bed because the mattress was on such a bad drop. Pillows were generally, no better.
We have stayed here before and this is by far the worst room we have ever been given. Would not stay again if this was our first experience.
When checking out, staff didn’t even ask how the stay was- so I am here giving feedback as they simply were not interested!

The room service wasn't working. We couldn't figure out a way to the pool without walking through the bar and lobby.
