I liked that it was close to my job. I stayed there during the snowstorm so I could go to work as I live 40 mins away from my place of employment.

Cons:

Under the chair was a balloon that had popped, I saw it when I moved my chair to eat, so they didn’t move it when they cleaned. If they didn’t move a chair, how clean in the room? The TV didn’t work the first night due to the wind is what the staff told me. Also, the incidental hold was never released until I had to call the hotel, which they assured me it wasn’t their fault, to call my bank. My bank stated they never put the final transaction amount through, which was why the hold was never released. I had to call the hotel back and explain what the bank said and in turn it was eventually fixed. Good think I keep close tabs on my account.
