Cons:

We were given Room No. 9 without any windows. The room only had three small spotlights, so it was very dark. During the day we had to leave the door open to a very busy street just to get some light, and in the evening we couldn’t even read :-(.
The kitchenette was very poorly equipped—basically just one plate, one glass, and one mug :-(. And not very clean.
The staff had a rather cold attitude.
We chose the breakfast option, but there was no fresh fruit or tea.
We definitely do not recommend this place.

El personal muy alegre servicial tan bien lo que estan eh el desayuno son muy amables hace que tu eatadia fuera eh casa otra cosa que en menos de 200 pies tieneb una farmacia y colamdo cualquier emergencia y el aeropuerto esta 35 minuto con trafico que esta serca otra cosa que me gusto que aceptan mascota

Lo unico malo es el ruido de los locales pero ellos no tienen la.culpa por que donde esta situado pero sin duda me quedaria de nuevo

Waste of money, would never stay again.
Pros:

The staff are on checkin are friendly. The wifi is good and fast. They allowed a late checkout to allow for my flight time.
Unfortunately I had a flight cancelled and booked this approx 45mins before arriving there last minute. If you have more time than I did, there are so many better options for that price in a better location.

Cons:

It was so loud, the bathroom stunk, I had to move the bed forward a bit to access a power outlet and there was so much dirt on the floor as if it hadn't been swept in months.
It is so dark. it has no windows, so even in the morning, the only way to get air or light is to open the room door..
Very limited power outlets. There were 2 sockets beside the kitchen sink and 1 behind the bed headboard.
The coffee in the morning at breakfast is awful. The "white" sheets are so old and biege now. The pillows are uncomfortable. Overall I regret the stay. I've been to 40 countries and i've stayed in backpacker dorm room hostels cleaner than this place.

As for why I didn't leave - I checked in at 3pm, left my bags and immediately went out only returning around 8pm...That was how late it was when i realised how gross the place was.
