الموقع فناااان والاستقبال بشوشين والتكيف حده بااارد والنت قوي والسرير مريح والحمام تكرمون فيه شطاف وقريب من كل شي وجدام الفندق مساج ويمينه بقاله كل شي قريب منه منطقة حيوية الفندق موجود بالحي القديم بصراحة موقعه حلو وامان

نظافة الغرف مب واااوو الشرشف طبعا طول مدتي ماتغير ٦ ليالي نفس الشرشف بس الغرف اثاثه جيد مب مستهلك وبعدين من ٩ او ١٠ ازعاج يصير لان يشتغلون اتوقع يكبرون الفندق وطبعا من الساعة ٦ الصبح راح تسمعون هرن السيارات لين ٢ من الليل ولما بتنزلون جدام الفندق ماله مدخل خاص تنزلون ع الشارع وطبعا هم معروفين مايوقفون حق حد يعني البقاء للاقوى ( عبور الشارع ) ولما بتطلبون تاكسي نفس الشي يوقف ع جنب وتعبرون الشارع ومرات لما تدخلون الفندق بتشمون ريحة لان عندهم مطعم معروف يجون له وايد ولما بتفتحون الستاره ترى اللي برع يشوفكم بخصوص الريوق ماجربتهم

The location was brilliant, right in the middle of everything. Walking distance of everything. Mike was a font of knowledge. All the staff were excellent.

A localização é boa.

Cons:

O hotel cobrou nós mais 300€ por uma criança no quarto normal. Numa reserva de 260€ cobraram mais 300€ por uma criança. Não tínhamos pequeno almoço nem nada. Por tanto cobraram mais 300€ e deixaram nós no mesmo quarto. Aproveitaram se da situação ao máximo.

Un hôtel de charme, un personnel dévoué, un séjour de rêve
Pros:

UN magnifique hôtel, un personnel dévoué et attentif, capable de répondre à toutes les attentes de personnes en voyage au Vietnam. Un hôtel très confortable avec un bar romantique à souhait en rooftop. La vielle ville et l'ensemble des centres d'intérêts sont accessibles à pied. Depuis l'hôtel, nous avons pu, grâce au service d'un collaborateur totalement à l'écoute nommé Mike, organisé une visite de la Baie de Ha Long, juste fantastique. Des conseils chaque jour, et un séjour de rêve à la découverte de la belle et si envoutante ville de Hanoï. Cela fait partie de toute la magie de notre voyage au Vietnam
