Pros:

Le personnel c’est vraiment le gros plus de cet hôtel. Rarement vu des gens aussi sympa.

Pros:

Da vi kom retur fra Halon Bay, var der skrevet velkommen hjem med blade på vores seng, det var meget sødt og gav et smil på læben både hos mig og hos min datter. Til min datter lå der en desuden en gave i form af en bamse. Hun er egentligt vokset fra bamser, men hun blev glad for ham, og havde ham hos sig resten af ferien. Personalet var søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Der var en hæveautomat lige uden for hotellet.

Cons:

Ved indtjekning udlevere de rabatkuponer men havde ikke dem alle. De siger selv (dvs. jeg spurgte ikke til dette), at de ligegyldigt hvad, trækker dette fra, når man tjekker ud. Dette skete ikke. Jeg gad ikke kommentere på dette, men det virker bare dumt selv at sige det og gøre opmærksom på det, som en ting, og så ikke gøre det. Så var det måske bedre, bare at droppe de rabatkuponer.

As land is so expensive in Hanoi a lot of the buildings are very narrow

Nice local gem obviously loved by your guests. Friendly staff and tasteful vibes.
Pros:

Nice comfy room with tasteful decor and rooftop bar area which we enjoyed. One of the best coffee I’ve had from restaurant. Kudos to your barista!

Cons:

Check out experience was under par. Perhaps was due to all the tour groups? It was a nightmare having all pick up vessels parallel parked in front of hotel on already narrow street while waiting for housekeeping to confirm it’s ok to leave. Isn’t it the credit card info for? Maybe better organised check out experience knowing guests would depart in the AM?

Hospitality at its best
Pros:

Beautiful botique hotel with outstanding service. Honestly the staff are an asset and truly made our stay memorable. Breakfast was outstanding with chef cooking eggs, large variety of western, Asian and French offerings. And the best coffee! Rooms are large and well appointed. Beds comfortable and large. We have never stayed in a hotel without a window, but honestly didn't feel claustrophobic like we were expecting.
Rooftop Bar is amazing with the staff making great cocktails.
Rooftop pool is small but adequate for a quick afternoon splash.

Nothing - can't fault this hotel

Très bel hôtel confortable à Hanoi
Pros:

Super hôtel extrêmement bien situé à deux pas du centre ville. Plein de restauration et de café à proximité. Personnel charmant. Bonnes indications données au check in. Super petit déjeuner. Piscine sympa sur le toi et bar cosy. Très propre.

Cons:

Le prix du restaurant bar sur le toit pas donné au vu de ce qu'on paie ailleurs à Hanoi. Chambre seulement disponible à 14h en ayant atteri d un vol de nuit à 6h30.

Everything! The staff were truly amazing, special shoutout to Katie, Aurora and Alex for making our stay so amazing. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the rooftop bar is a lovely place to come in the afternoon / evening to relax and enjoy a drink or two, the spa in the hotel is very good too - would certainly recommend staying here when you are in Hanoi

Good location, lovely service

Cons:

Rooms on the smaller scale for the price payed, we payed cheaper rates in other hotels and received bigger rooms. Also they did not have any adaptors

Pros:

Meritel was lovely! Super close by to everything, lovely rooms and staff experience. We enjoyed having our own personal assistant, Will, who gave us personalised recommendations throughout our trip. Definitely recommend!
