Pros:

Great location and the staff were excellent, especially Ami who helped with some food walking tour recommendations and arranged a late check out for us considering we had a late afternoon flight. The fresh fruit and cool tea at check-in were a nice welcome too!

Perfect hotel to spend our final day in Hanoi
Pros:

Great location. Door staff and reception staff so nice. Breakfast good (ran out of bacon but we did go late on). Room immaculate- we stayed in the Meritel Suite which has a balcony overlooking street below.

Outstanding
Pros:

Everything! The hotel was outstanding, the staff, the food and the cleanliness were amazing.
Judi and Mike were especially so helpful and friendly.
Perfect position to explore Hanoi and to be right in the centre of the old quarter.
Our room was so quiet considering it's in a very busy street.
I would recommend to stay here.

Very stylish boutique hotel
Pros:

The staff were amazing, good breakfast selection and the interior design is very stylish. The reason we booked was because of the pool which we used each day and was lovely. I don’t think it’s heated but the weather was hot whilst we were staying. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar which has a great atmosphere in the evening.
The hotel is very close to the southern end of train street which was fun

Solid hotel in the heart of Hanoi
Pros:

Great stay overall. The location is ideal, right on the edge of the Old Quarter so everything is at your doorstep and easy to walk to. Traffic can be intense at peak times, but if you enjoy the energy and buzz of Hanoi, it’s perfect.

Inside the hotel it’s surprisingly quiet, which we really appreciated. Staff were lovely throughout. We had connecting rooms which worked really well for us travelling with kids, plenty of space and very comfortable beds and bedding.

A few small downsides. The pool area is quite small and felt a bit worn, it could definitely use a refresh. We also would have liked a bath in the room.

Breakfast was solid and room service was great. One issue we had was handled quickly and without any fuss, which always makes a difference.

The spa was wonderful and a real highlight.

Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d happily come back.

The following staff deserve uptmost praise ( Anne) Hoang Phurong Anh who went above and beyond to sort out a problem for us. Aslo (Katy)Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha and ( Judy) Vu Tran Ha Phurong who assisted us throughout our stay with tact and professionalism. Lastley their manager Ms Thai Thu Thuy for her kindness and for producing such a woundeful team.

Pros:

Tout était parfait, du début jusqu’à la fin. Nous avons énormément aimé cet hôtel, l’emplacement est parfait. Pour les personnes souhaitant visiter la fameuse rue du train, l’hôtel est situé à quelques minutes 👌🏼.
L’hôtel est propre, bien insonorisé et équipé. Le personnel est accueillant et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, nous avons apprécié notre séjour au sein de l’établissement Meritel Hanoï.
Pour finir, nous remercions de tout cœur Mr. Paul (HÀ THÀNH BÌNH) pour sa patience, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme qui reflète la beauté du Vietnam.
Merci encore pour cet incroyable expérience. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
