Great hotel and attentive staff
Pros:

The staff was very attentive. In fact they went out of the way to accommodate all our requests.
We had one of nicest room with terrace and the minibar was included. Great stay

A charm in the heart of Hanoi!
Pros:

Meritel is located 5 minutes away from train street, which makes it very convenient if you’re looking for a place in the center of Hanoi.

We stayed there for only one night, and we really wish we had more time in order to enjoy more. The staff was super friendly and all spoke very good English.

We took advantage of their special offers and had a very nice dinner, enjoying Vietnamese cuisine.

We highly recommend and would definitely go back!

L’endroit parfait pour séjourner à Hanoï
Pros:

Un accueil parfait, des chambres magnifiques, une situation idéale au cœur du vieux quartier de Hanoï, le spa génial, le petit déjeuner incroyable, bref, vraiment un endroit parfait pour commencer un séjour au Vietnam et pouvoir à la fois se remettre du long voyage et plonger dans le vif du sujet!
Une note particulière pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel ❤️

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé! Mais peut être juste un commentaire à destination des personnes qui veulent s’y rendre avec des enfants: l’hôtel dispose d’une piscine en rooftop, elle est magnifique mais pas du tout adaptée aux enfants: les abords sont en marbre, c’est très glissant, vraiment très dangereux pour des enfants.
