It could have been a very nice hotel but there were two major weaknesses
Pros:

A very new or newly renovated hotel with lots of perks like room climate and lighting control. Fun to try and learn to use all these advanced things. Very good breakfast with a great choice of healthy and nutritious food options. Very conveniently located next to a fish market, which was fun to walk through, and the river bank with lots of nice cafes and a great view. Some 15 minutes away from a huge shopping mall with lots of things to do, see, and buy.

Cons:

I think the hotel "overdid" the technology part. Installing movement sensor controlled lighting that could not be turned off both during the day and during the night really spoiled the impression. Imagine getting up at 3 am for the WC or any other purpose and having to endure the bright light in the middle of the night for three minutes (that's how long the light stayed on). This really needs to be changed. Indeed, there's no need to install a movement sensor in a room. Adding a sofa to a small room with two beds was another bad idea. It's incredibly difficult to move around or even pack your bags in such an overcrowded space. No good design can compensate for these major inconveniences.

地點很優近地鐵站（七隈線渡邊通站，步行5min），附近有24小時超市SUNNY，超商LAWSON、7-ELEVEN、FamilyMart都在3min內，旁邊就是柳橋市場，機能超讚！早餐一級棒：明太子麵包、烏龍麵、拉麵、日式早餐豐盛。房間明亮、盥洗乾濕分離、還有生飲機、保險箱抽屜式功能強。大川組子圖案的大廳及餐廳天花板裝飾、福岡傳統陶器小石原燒製作的樓層號碼牌設計感滿分。有機會來福岡必再回訪！

Pros:

Ich würde sagen ein klassisches Japanisches Hotel. Uns ist immer wichtig das die Klimaanlage einen nicht direkt ins Gesicht pustet, was hier gegeben war.

Cons:

Zwei Sachen:
Man konnte die Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen, wodurch man nur die Klimaanlage nutzen konnte. Gerade wenn man das nicht gewohnt ist, wird man gefühlt oft krank. Ohne Klima wurde es leider zu warm in den Zimmern.

In einem Zimmer mussten wir ein Doppelbett buchen, in welchem wir dann nur eine große Decke hatten. Leider war es nicht möglich, das das Personal uns eine zweite Decke gibt.

Ich weiß das die Japaner meist streng ihre Regeln befolgen und deswegen haben wir da jetzt keinen Aufstand gemacht. Aber das es wirklich unmöglich ist, einfach eine zweite Decke zu bekommen, fanden wir schon etwas seltsam.

Cons:

I booked this hotel from December 21 to 24 with a free cancellation policy up to 1 day before.
Because the room was extremely small, I decided to move out on December 23, and I already informed the staff on the night of December 21.

The staff told me that it was okay and that the remaining night(s) would be cancelled free of charge.
However, the booking was not actually cancelled, and I was still charged.

Since I had already moved to another hotel, I did not return in person to complain as I did not want to waste time, but I believe this situation is unfair and not in accordance with the cancellation terms of my booking.
