Pros:

Room felt humid to me and everything wasp damp. The maid never cleaned up my room on the last day; nor remove the trash, or clean the bathroom.
There is not enough parking at the hotel. Told on the last. Might to use the auxiliary lot but it was full took 20 minutes to find a spot

Our second stay at La Hacienda and it won't be the last. The place is magical! Sitting in the rocking chairs on the veranda, you feel like your transported back to 1920's Florida. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully restored, as is the whole hotel. The staff is beyond courteous and welcoming. Oscar at the front desk is a delightful source of information. Michelle, who served us breakfast was spot on. Attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. We had breakfast and I wolud come back for the biscuits alone. Love this place!

Pros:

The Hacienda is a hidden gem! It is recently restored and immaculate. Parking was super easy and free.We ate breakfast and the restaurant was great. Connor was our waitor and he was fabulous. The building and grounds are beautiful. Can't wait to go back.

Pros:

Horrible experience, paid $160 only to be treated like a homeless person/ thief. Was questioned multiple times despite showing receipt with the payment and even my charge from my bank. Would never recommend, terrible service.

Lovely, but noisy
Pros:

We love this hotel for its charm and history! We've stayed at the Hacienda twice before and did not experience an issue, but the room did not get dark enough. There was a lot of ambient lighting. The real problem, however, was the person next door snoring so loudly all night. We even travel with a "white noise" machine...useless against that noise. We will stay again, but we will definitely choose our room!

From check in to out this was amazing! Beautiful and clean. The staff were all so friendly and the cocktails were on point. The room was clean and bright. Also of note, excellent location to walk to bars and restaurants!

Very pretty and nostalgic Hotel.
Great staff.
Oscar at guest services is fantastic! Very polite, funny and welcoming.
He told us all the good places to go and dine The hotel lobby, restaurant and sitting areas are beautiful. A very quiet place to just relax. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. My wife and I will definitely return to the Hacienda Hotel.
