A delightful hotel.
Pros:

This hotel was such a joy. The room was so comfortable and there were so many thoughtful little touches. The breakfast was delicious and the free bar was a really pleasant surprise. The staff were so helpful with our first experience of sending luggage. It was also great value for money.

Best place to have stayed in Hiroshima
Pros:

If this is a 2-start hotel, I'll not be needing anything above that. Amazingly spacious room, lots of amenities, open bar, friendly staff even with a language barrier they did everything they could to communicate. 10/10

The room we booked was very spacious, had a large bath tub with bubbles and a TV screen. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were generous.

Comfortable and conveniently located hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room amenities and space was great, we enjoyed the bonus drink downstairs which we were not expecting.

Pros:

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Non english speaking staff, but they had printed all amenity instructions off beforehand. Location a little off the main path. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the hotel, or the friendliness of the staff.

Cons:

Nothing put me off using this hotel again.

Pros:

The room was amazing, it was quite big and comfortable to stay
The facilities inside the room were very good
We also liked the free drink in the lobby including free beer and alcohol
The location was good in a matter of distance to the peace museum

Cons:

The neighbourhood in which the hotel was located wasn't too nice
I think there are much better places to be in Hiroshima
About the breakfast, we wished there was a dinning room and not getting the sandwich to the room

Stylish, modern, hi tech and romantic hotel with wonderful helpful staff.
Pros:

Logistics are easy because the hotel in on an assessble street. The outside is gorgeous, the rooms are very stylish and comfortable. The staff was friendly, engaging and went overboard to be helpful. On the ground floor they have a trendy lounge with an open bar, you pour your own drink.

Cons:

The staff doesn’t speak English. The hand printed materials were helpful and efficient. I will take a kind, helpful staff speaking Japanese anytime. I’m in Japan.

Un hotel muy particular NO para turistas
Pros:

Las habitaciones bien equipadas y cama muy cómoda

Cons:

La mala información de front desk sobre las habitaciones y los precios. El acoso del encargado. Nadie habla inglés y la comunicación se hace difícil para turistas .
