Relaxed Stay New Hotel with amazing customer experience staff Rafele and Alonso
Pros:

I really like the interior of the hotel, calm and the feeling of able to relax. Great space and the property was designed with attention to detail. Hotel also has a shuttle to drive people to the beach.

A Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights at Sabàtic Hotel Sitges and it was a great experience. The rooms feel spacious and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and relax. The service stands with staff attentive and consistent throughout the stay.

Breakfast is the only area that could improve. A wider à la carte selection would help keep things varied, as the current options can start to feel repetitive after a few days.

Pros:

Я забронировала два номера за месяц до поездки. Выбрала оплату на месте. Ввела данные карты, с меня пытались списать всю сумму. Там не было достаточно средств для оплаты всей поездки. Букинг запросил обновить данные карты. Я обновила. В итоге снова пытались списывать, хотя письма «оплата на месте и ничего списывать не будем» я получала постоянно. В итоге в день заезда бронь слетела, а когда приехали в отель, они не могли нас разместить из-за того, что мест свободных не было. Больше этот отель и не выберем. Считаю, что это не допустимо. Отвратительно!

Great hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast and lovely staff.

Cons:

Hotel claims that they have adults only pool which was full of kids and families anyways.
Would be great if hotel had a real, adults only space otherwise you ended up listening to screaming kids - same at the breakfast, making an adult only area would definitely improves quality of staying for those who doesn’t want to be surrounded by children.

Pros:

L’hôtel est beau et la chambre était très spacieuse.
Le balcon très agréable avec un bain de soleil.
L’emplacement des piscines très sympa.

Cons:

Le prix du parking alors qu’il y a plein de places aux alentours gratuites mais il faut le savoir juste derrière l’hôtel.
Le prix du petit-déjeuner trop élevé.
La piscine pas chauffée à cette période c’est dommage.

Really lovely week in this hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely chilled week in this hotel. Fabulous suite with a side sea view. Extremely comfortable, clean room and plenty of room for storage of stuff for a week. Breakfast was wonderful as we all the staff, welcoming and friendly. Really couldn’t fault it and we will definitely be going back.

Be aware it’s a short (10 minute) walk to the pretty town centre and beach front but for us that wasn’t a problem at all. We enjoyed it.

If we were being a bit picky (and we are taking minor points here), the gym could have a bit more equipment for this sort of hotel and the mood lighting in the living room could just do with one more lamp.

Otherwise perfect.

Great hotel if you dont mind getting your stuff stolen from the room
Pros:

Anniversary stay overshadowed by very upsetting incident

We chose this hotel to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary and unfortunately the experience ended up being extremely upsetting.

During our stay my wife left her jewelry in the room while we went out for a couple of hours. When we returned, her wedding ring was gone. This wasn’t just an expensive item — it was her wedding ring, something with enormous emotional value that cannot be replaced.

When we reported the situation the staff were sympathetic and reassured us several times that the hotel would “take care of it.” Because of that we believed the issue would be handled seriously.

However, after their internal investigation we were simply informed that nothing had been found and that we could file a police report if we wished. Beyond that the matter appeared closed.

The hotel offered a complimentary bottle of cava, which felt like a symbolic gesture rather than a meaningful attempt to address what had happened.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that I live locally and have been a regular visitor to the hotel for lunches and meetings and was even considering joining the gym.

Instead of leaving with a great memory of our anniversary, we left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.
