Pros:

Amazing staff and customer service - they went above and beyond and even put our baby bottles in their dishwasher.

Lovely atmosphere with good food and service
Pros:

The location is short walk away from the beach area, and we chose this for privacy and to sleep in a peaceful location which worked out well for us.
The atmosphere inside is lovely but due to the construction work they have outside the view and pool isn't as relaxing however we were still very much able to enjoy the pool area and the sea view, but if this would bother you it is something to take into account.
The room was luxurious and relaxing, very comfortable beds and clean amenities, we slept very well.
The noise levels from the pool area that we can hear on our balcony and rooms with balcony doors open are typically fine and do not disturb, however the construction noises again aren't the most relaxing and sometimes a loud alarm noise comes from the site.
breakfast for us was perfect, some people said it was busy but the time we were here there was a good amount of staff and visitors. Good food and nice environment at 10-11 when we went.
Food at the pool bar and the room service was tasty and good quality we enjoyed lunch by the pool for a few of the days.

Overall lovely experience with good rooms, parking on site relaxing pool and good breakfast. The construction work let it down slightly but i really can't say it ruined the holiday as it didn't bother us much.

Would return in a heartbeat
Pros:

Stylish and tranquil hotel where we could properly relax. The rooms were very comfortable and the pool area was lovely with gorgeous planting and plenty of loungers while we were there. The selection of food at breakfast was great.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk into town, or a short taxi ride. The advantage of being above the town is the view and the slight breeze!

Would look to visit again 🩷

Cons:

The expansion of the hotel means some construction noise on weekdays. It is going to be lovely, so we might return when it's been completed.

A few hooks/an airer for drying clothes on the balcony would be useful.

Warunki lokalowe świetne, pokoje przestronne, czyste.

Cons:

Sąsiednie budynki w budowie, więc widok z ogrodu i basenu na budowę i dźwigi. Ogromnym rozczarowaniem było korzystanie z basenu. Dostępne są dwa - jeden dla dorosłych oraz basen rodzinny. Moje nastoletnie dzieci zostały wyproszone z basenu dla dorosłych ze względu na politykę hotelu. Głebokość basenu rodzinnego max 85cm, więc małe dzieci mają basen, starsze już nie. Brak wcześniejszej informacji o depozycie, jaki zostawia się podczas zameldowania w wysokości 350EURO.

Tranquilidad en un moderno hotel en Sitfes
Pros:

Fantástico hotel cerca del paseo marítimo, en una zona muy tranquila y con buenas vistas. Las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas, modernas y acogedoras. La suite familiar muy cómoda y equipada, quizás un poco pequeña.

Cons:

Por decir algo, las obras de dos edificios delante del hotel y que el bar principal del hotel no tiene vistas al mar.

Останавливался в этом отеле с 28.06 по 01.07. К сожалению, вынужден поделиться крайне неприятным опытом.
Во время проживания из номера пропало около €600 наличными. Деньги лежали в кошельке в номере, доступ за это время имела только уборка. Ирония в том, что я достал кошелёк, чтобы оставить чаевые за уборку номера, — и именно тогда обнаружил пропажу. Когда я обратился на рецепцию, никакой поддержки не получил: мне ответили, что отель доверяет своим сотрудникам, и на этом всё. Ни предложения разобраться, ни готовности помочь.
Больше всего разочаровало не само происшествие (от нечестности отдельных людей никто не застрахован), а реакция отеля и то, как они «путаются в показаниях». В официальном ответе они утверждают, что в первый день уборки не было из-за таблички «Не беспокоить». Это неправда — таблички не было ни разу, а номер убирали оба дня, постель заправляли. То есть отель искажает факты, чтобы снять с себя ответственность.
Отдельно поражает, что это Marriott — крупная международная сеть, и так слабо реагировать на подобную ситуацию просто стыдно. Допустить настолько вопиющий случай — когда деньги внаглую достают из кошелька прямо в номере — и затем отделаться безразличием и недостоверными объяснениями, недопустимо для бренда такого уровня.
Я много путешествую, и подобное со мной впервые. Понимаю, что не всё можно контролировать, но когда из кошелька в номере тихо исчезает половина суммы, а в ответ — равнодушие, это оставляет крайне тяжёлое впечатление. Вопрос для меня принципиальный: речь об отношении к гостю и элементарном уважении.
Будьте внимательны и не оставляйте ценные вещи в номере.

Beautiful hotel and highly recommend to sit in the restaurant to done. Room service will let the restaurant service down

Gorgeous hotel but system errors meant the basics were missed
Pros:

Gorgeous bedroom suite, really lovely pool with a good number of beds for the number of hotel rooms, friendly staff, delicious restaurant

Cons:

- there was a system error which meant someone was checked into the same room as me - they walked in after I got out of the shower which was really scary and left me anxious for the rest of my stay
- it is a building site next door so you are relaxing to the sounds of building works, and your view out to the sea is obstructed by a crane

Sitges accoglie e rigenera sempre.
Pros:

Mi piacciono gli spazi comuni: piscina, sala colazione, cena, bar.
La suite decisamente accogliente, curata nell’arredamento e nei dettagli e molto spaziosa.
Personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Rispetto alle scorse volte (ho soggiornato al Sabatic da quando ha aperto) ho notato la mancanza di pulizia e poca attenzione in alcuni dettagli che, in un hotel di lusso e costoso, non possono essere trascurati.
Ad esempio la pulizia della moquette sui piani, delle poltrone comuni negli spazi all’aperto.
Il posacenere all’ingresso principale dell’hotel deve essere sempre e costantemente pulito e svuotato.
