Muy confortable y limpio.
Pros:

Buena ubicación cerca de Hakata Station. Un Family Mart justo diagonal al edificio. El desayuno incluido muy rico y saludable. La habitación cómoda, limpia y confortable.

Pros:

🍔 早餐非常推薦！
一樓是供應早餐的餐廳，早餐有三種套餐可以選擇，包括兩種米漢堡和一種美式漢堡，飲品可以選咖啡或湯。加價 200 日圓還可以選擇另外三種米漢堡，我們最喜歡的是加價的明太子蛋米漢堡，非常好吃！早餐是這次住宿最滿意的部分之一。

📍 地點方便、生活機能很好
從博多車站步行約 7–8 分鐘，飯店斜對面就有 FamilyMart，附近也有 Lawson，往車站的路上還有兩間藥妝店，購物、補充日用品都很方便。
步行就能到櫛田神社、FUK COFFEE、Canal City 博多運河城，以及 Full Full 明太子麵包店等景點和店家，地理位置相當不錯。
這次來回福岡機場都是搭計程車，兩趟車資分別為 2,700 和 3,200 日圓，往返機場也算方便。

🛏️ 隔音不錯、淋浴舒適
我們住在 10 樓，晚上算安靜，幾乎不會聽到其他房間的聲音，睡眠品質還不錯。床墊軟硬適中，Wi-Fi 也相當穩定。
廁所和淋浴間是分開的兩個空間，雖然淋浴間狹小，但水溫穩定、水量充足，洗澡體驗還不錯。

🧳 設施齊全、可提前寄放行李
飯店可以在 Check-in 前寄放行李。小行李可以透過機器取得 QR Code，使用置物櫃寄放；大型行李則交由服務人員保管。
櫃檯位於二樓，備品也在二樓自行拿取。另外還有洗衣機、製冰機及自動販賣機等設施。

Cons:

🛏️ Twin Bed Room 非常狹小
這次入住雙床房，房間真的非常小，幾乎沒有多餘的走路空間。上掀式行李箱可以打開，床底下也能塞進打開一半的行李箱，但整理行李還是不太方便。
房間整體偏昏暗，枕頭有點扁。這次沒有使用電視，因此無法評價電視設備。

🙁 服務人員態度不佳
雖然飯店提供方便的行李寄放服務，但服務人員的態度讓我們感受非常不好，是這次住宿最扣分的地方，也讓整體住宿體驗大打折扣。

💰 房價偏高，性價比不佳
我們是在 10 月非連假期間入住，也不是特別熱門的賞景季節，每晚房價仍要新台幣 4,000 多元。以房間大小、設備和服務品質來說，個人覺得價格偏高。

깔끔하고 하카타역에서 걸어서 7분정도로 위치도 좋습니다 주변은 조용하고 소음도 없습니다
리셉션에서 실내복을 제공해주셔서 필요하면 날마다 새것을 가져다 쓸 수 있어요
체크인 층에서 정수기와 전자레인지도 언제든 사용할 수 있었습니다
넷플릭스 사용도 가능했습니다

Cons:

샤워실과 화장실이 분리된 것은 좋았지만 샤워실안에 옷이나 수건걸이가 없는데 샤워실서 나오면 바로 침실이라서 동행이 있다면 불편할 수 있습니다 샤워실의 자체 환풍기 작동이 안되어 샤워실서 좀 냄새가 났습니다
그외에는 괜찮았습니다

親子福岡遊
Pros:

已經是第二次入住，早餐是米飯漢堡，非常讚，好味又有營養。酒店位置距離博多站步行5分鐘內，光猛，乾濕分離。

Cons:

房內沒有水杯，都要在大堂拿紙杯。沒有浴缸，熱水也要到大堂取。

早餐很好吃,房間很乾淨,有洗衣機可以洗烘衣,很方便

Cons:

但是房間真的很小,行李箱要塞到床下才有空間走路,不知道是不是沒看到,房間沒有煮水壺,大廳也沒有飲水設備,只有入住時得到的一瓶水,走到博多車站大約要7-8分鐘,不算近
