3/18早上我們提早到，看到自助機器，上面也寫說3點才能入住，但可以寄放行李，但沒有大型行李放置櫃，於是跟櫃檯人員說放不下，第一句就問有房間號碼嗎？我就想說什麼號碼，我開始看訂單，想請人員幫我看一下，人員就開始不耐煩的說是今天入住嗎？我已經被他態度嚇到，之後是同行的人幫我回答，覺得溝通有誤，但人員沒耐心口氣很差，櫃檯應該也要有台翻譯機器，一整天心情很不愉快

This stay gave me a very good first impression of the Prince Smart Inn brand.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to JR Hakata Station.
The famous ramen shop Hakata Ikkousha (Main Branch) is also nearby.

I arrived before check-in time, and the hotel staff kindly helped store my luggage, which I really appreciated.

The hotel has a beautiful color scheme and a very stylish design.
The breakfast provided on the first floor was also very delicious.

조식으로 나온 밥버거가 후쿠오카에서 먹었던 것 중 가장 맛있었습니다.
사이즈가 조금(많이많이) 더 컷으면 좋겠어요,

Cons:

엘리베이터에 현재 층수가 표기되지 않는 점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

현재 층수를 모르다보니 한쪽만 누르고 기다리다 옆 라인을 놓쳐버리면 좀..

Simple hotel with small rooms, but very clean and neat. Good location.
Pros:

1.Breakfast was a simple burger which we collected from the cafe downstairs. There were limited choices but the burger was tasty.
2. The hotel is very near to Hakata Station. Barely a ten minute walk.
3. Lobby has lockers to store your luggage before your check-in time.

Cons:

1. Room is almost devoid of wall hooks. Not much places to hang our clothes. I noticed this problem with many hotels in Japan.
2. The pillows were way too thin.
