Everything is good and comfort.
Pros:

The location is good and in middle of town. Suitable for traveller that want to stay and walkable to interest place. For me the condition is good, but only the water shower is slowing , maybe because water pressure not strong.

the water shower is slowing , maybe because water pressure not strong. The parking is the main issues because there only 3 spots, if your luck then you can park infront the hotel parking. if not you need to looking around nearby for parking.

Very disappointed.
Pros:

Not worth what i paid for. No parking, The room was very small for the price.

To be honest, budget hotel or motels are far better.

Cons:

Small room, no parking for guests. Shower with low water pressure, had no choice, we are using a bidet for the shower. Better improve on facilities.

Lots of fangus, bad smell poor co condition
Pros:

Location is the only good thing.

Cons:

We had to change the room, bathroom was full of black mould, stuff was unfriendly not even good morning or evening. Room was small in bad contrition bathroom was the worst. We are staying in similar budget all the way on our Malaysia trip and this place was the worst. Not worth the money. I don’t recommend it.
