Truly amazing
Pros:

This property is amazing, the people at the reception or house keeping are tremendously helpful
Hospitality at its best. They treat you very well. We stayed room 509 and due to problems at other property which was miserable came.in here.

Guest friendly Hotel.
Pros:

Excellent Hotel with a good vegetarian restaurant. Front office staff are very helpful and good customer support. F&B service to be improved with proper training for room service. Nice hotel and excellent ambiance.

Wonderful place with great staff
Pros:

Easy check-in. Helpful and friendly staff, decent rooms, clean washrooms. Had everything that was needed to make my stay cherishing.
Located in the prime of Pondicherry, every attraction is within walkable distance form the place. Hotel has a good vibe. Though a bit more attention should be given to bed linen and sheets.
