Stains on the walls , not very hygienic , loads of little flies
Didn't have breakfast
Wifi was a bit iffy
The shower, toilet and basin were clean, as were the bedding and the dining room and crockery, etc. There was a decent choice for breakfast, with a particularly good choice of teas and coffees, though it was completely d-i-y, The provision of a fridge and microwave for residents to store and heat their own food was unusual but welcome.
Cleaning didn't seem to extend to carpets. 'Grubby' would probably best describe most of them and we didn't feel comfortable walking in our room in bare feet. Bits of coffee sleeves on the floor in the our toilet and under the edge of one of our beds and a prominent piece of string/yarn on our staircase were all there when we arrived and still there when we left, three days later. A request to service the room, made after a spill which left some marking on the toilet floor, resulted in washing of the mugs and topping up of the tea tray but no obvious cleaning and no bed making.

The room was very hot and sleep disturbed by loud noise from plumbing when water was used in the next room. It was small and only a single bed was provided. This was ok for me as a single traveller but probably a squeeze for 2 people. Hotel not in the nicest part of town but this was reflected in the price.
Room and bathroom are ok. Breakfast are ok. But the staf is really very kind.
The hotel is on walking distance of the town centre. Norwich is a nice town to visit.
The hotel was in a fantastic location, just five minutes from the station. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and personable. An absolute bargain price for the accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

Staff were very helpful, dealt with any queries quickly and efficiently. Hotel is a good cost effective base for multi day stays with facilities such as a 24/7 dining area inc microwave and toaster. So you could bring takeaways back. Its perfectly adequate for a cheap flexible base to stay in Norwich within 20mins walk of Castle mall and lots of local facilities. Continental breakfast very extensive and good.
Parking could be a challenge only 3 guest spaces for what is a decent size hotel with parking outside time restricted during day. Personally I like a cooked breakfast but it would not put me off booking again.
Staff were friendly and approachable, everything was as advertised and within walking distance to town centre and train station.
