Pros:

The location is super convenient, minutes from the Metro. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice and responsive with questions prior to arrival. It was on a quiet street so you don't hear much noise from the outside.

Cons:

The main issue for me is cleanliness in the bathroom. The size itself was tight but not that big of a deal for me. The shower plastic curtain was pretty gross. Definitely needed to be changed at least. It was filled with mildew and stains all over. Also random leaks from the shower in the middle of the night. After I closed the door it was otherwise ok though. And lastly the noise in the hallway was quite audible especially from other patrons walking to their rooms, which is not the hotel's fault necessarily but the doors weren't that soundproof. Thankfully I didn't hear through the walls.

I’ve stayed in cheaper and cleaner
Pros:

Location is pretty good if you want to stay near the village but it’s a dodgy street.

Cons:

You can heat everything through the walls
The bathroom shower curtain was filthy
Flies all over the room
Very very cheap hotel, if you need it just for a bed then go ahead.
The staff are all so kind but unfortunately this felt like a hostel not a hotel.
Be prepared to be woken up at 7am, the coffee shop beneath leads right into the stairs into your room so noise noise noise and flies flies flies

Séjour rendu très agréable de part l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel
Pros:

Rachid et son equipe ont été hyper sympa. Ils nous ont accueillis à bras ouvert et ont été super serviable. Nous les remercions grandement. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel avec plaisir.

Personnel très gentil et emplacement très agréable.

Cons:

Chambres beaucoup trop petites et pas confortables, très chaudes, trop petite fenêtre, douche sans douchette pas du tout pratique pour se laver avec précision ce qui est inacceptable. Prix très chers, rapport qualité prix abusif.

Pros:

The location right next to the Berri metro station (3 metro lines connect there), bike path and bixi bikes stand is as good as it gets in Montréal. The place overall is very cozy and feels like a true bed and breakfast. There was a mini fridge in my room and free water bottles.

Cons:

I had one of the smaller rooms. It was very cozy and clean but it could use more storage space and hangers. For more than 3 nights you end up having to live off your suitcase and wrinkly clothes.

Pros:

Les personnes de la réception sont très sympathiques et très accueillantes.
L'emplacement est très bien avec un accès au métro à 100m mais on peut aussi visiter à pied.
Le café est délicieux.

Cons:

L'accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier escarpé. Ce qui ne pose aucun problème si on n'a pas de problèmede mobilité.

Hôtel simple, bien situé, proche du métro, très propre. Le réceptionniste est au top et la chambre est assez spacieuse. La literie est excellente. Bien qu'au bord d'une rue passante, aucune nuisance sonore.
