Great service! Loved everything! Everything is great in terms of room and the personnel.
Staff seemed lovely over the phone.
We chose not to stay at this property based on the poor location. We did not feel safe. Within 5 minutes of being there we watched a person (looking very unwell) kicking at the car behind us. The person began knocking on our car window but eventually left us alone. This area appears to be experiencing high rates of substance use disorder, and I would not feel comfortable or safe walking the surrounding streets. We left knowing we would likely not get any refund, but we could not bring ourselves to stay here. This review is solely based on location as we did not leave the car.
L'accueil fût chaleureux, on nous a même aidé à monter les bagages.
L'endroit en général était propre et ils ont même un petit café à l'intérieur qui offre des mochas, cafés, etc.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Plusieurs fenêtres donnaient sur la rue donc il y avait de la belle luminosité.
On voit qu'il y a eu des rénovations et l'endroit est bien tenu.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, central à 2 minutes à pied de la station.UQUAM BERRI et de la gare d'autocars.
Mention spéciale pour l'accueil chaleureux et familial dont a fait preuve la personne qui nous a reçus (j'ai oublié son prénom malheureusement) et qui a été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, nous a aidé à porter nos bagages dans la chambre et a tout fait pour nous sortir d'une galère que nous avons eue avec des retards de cars. Une gentillesse rare !

Bathroom is pretty good. Hotel well located right off Berri-UQAM metro station. Price is decent.
Our room was rather small unfortunately. No kettle provided. Rooms aren't well sound-proofed, with a huge gap under the door. Cross the fingers other clients are going to be respectful... Obvious issue with the heating/AC, which we obviously could not turn off. It was blowing too much in the room... Our unique bedside lighting was not functioning... There's a tv screen in the room but no TV channel.
We have been asked for a CAD200 deposit! Do not know how customary it is in this country, but it is so inconvenient when you don't travel with cases full of local currency...

Température digne d'un mois d'août en Andalousie dans la chambre sans possibilité de couper le chauffage - il faut aimer transpirer en dormant
Système de chauffage est également trés bruyant
La porte ne permet pas de s'isoler de la lumière du couloir, ni du bruit des personnes qui y passe

Le personnel était au top! Très serviable, nous a aidé à descendre les bagages et les mettre dans le taxi. Les chambres et la SdB était tout à fait à notre attente. Je recommande cet établissement particulièrement pour sa proximité de la gare routière.

Rashid was really nice and helpful. He even ley us leave our bags for a 10 dollar fee after checkout for a few hours. The facilities were great for the price and the metro was close by which was convenient.

Exceptional customer service! Felt welcomed and loved connecting with the staff. They shared great recommendations for places to see in montreal. Very friendly and offered to assist with taking luggage to room.
Would love to have a kettle and microwave within room. These amenities would be helpful/convenient.
