Great for a short stay with very friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were a band and had a good amount of gear to carry up to the 3rd floor - they gave us a hand every time they saw us carrying things. We only stayed one night, but location seemed nice and there were some good coffee and food places right near by.

Cons:

No elevator and no AC in the room. Room was a bit small for 2 beds, but it was ok for 1 night.
