Remettre à niveau le service offert aux clients
Pros:

Les suite sont spacieuses et l'hôtel est juste en face de l'aéroport. Le centre-ville est à 5minutes.

C'est mon hôtel préféré lors des visites

Cons:

Groupe électrogène en panne durant mes deux dernières visites. Les occupants sont réstés sans eaux ni electricité pendant des heures. Aucune communication de la part de l'hotel. Aucun geste de la part de l'hotel.On a du se laver avec des pack d'eau acheté en boutique. Aucune excuse des dirigeants de l'hotel

Pros:

Отель находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от аэропорта. Если ручная кладь, то спокойно можно дойти пешком. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Приехал раньше, заселили без проблем. Отель немного уже подуставший, но, учитывая специфику региона, все очень неплохо. Но постельное белье лучше, конечно, немного обновить. Интересное оформление кородира с масками и фигурами.
Один раз вырубили свет, но через несколько минут дали. Как я понял, это было очень редким явлением.
При отеле есть ресторан, работает с утра до вечера.

l'emplacement est ideal..proche de l'aeroport.

Cons:

La preparation de la chambre n'est pas ideale. Il manquait l'eau, serviettes, et autres accessoires. Et ce n'est pas la premiere fois que cela se passe. L'hotel necessite une refection.
