Pros:

L’emplacement proche de l’aéroport est pratique, surtout pour une nuit avant un vol tôt le matin. Le cadre extérieur de l’hôtel semble agréable.

Très mauvaise expérience pour un hôtel de ce standing.

J’avais demandé un lit bébé avant mon arrivée, car nous voyagions avec un bébé d’un an. L’hôtel m’a confirmé par message la veille que le lit bébé était possible et que la demande était bien prise en compte.

Malgré cette confirmation écrite, aucun lit bébé n’était installé dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Je l’ai redemandé quatre fois à la réception, mais rien n’a été fait. Résultat : nous avons dû dormir à trois dans un lit double avec notre bébé d’un an, ce qui est totalement inacceptable en termes de confort et de sécurité.

L’accueil à la réception a été très décevant. Nous avons eu l’impression de déranger, avec une attitude peu aimable, presque condescendante, et aucune vraie volonté de trouver une solution. Pour un hôtel qui se présente comme haut de gamme, ce manque de considération est difficilement acceptable.

Autre point très surprenant : la réception n’a même pas été capable de rendre correctement la monnaie. Je voyage régulièrement dans des hôtels à travers le monde, et c’est bien la première fois que je rencontre ce genre de situation dans un établissement de ce niveau.

La chambre ne correspond pas non plus au standing annoncé : pas de café disponible, seulement une bouilloire avec un simple sachet de thé. L’ensemble donne une impression de service minimum, très loin des attentes pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

À mon avis, le niveau de service est clairement à revoir, tout comme les étoiles affichées. Pour moi, elles sont plutôt filantes ici.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to.
Pros:

The only good thing about the property is that it is located directly across from the airport.

Cons:

This is far from a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival, reception had to search for a room despite having a reservation which took an hour. The room assigned was dirty with the toilet and bathroom not cleaned. My room had to be changed to a new room which was also not very clean. The service is extremely slow. Food options are very limited and made me sick.

Pb de climatisation. Bruit du ventilateur soufflant l'air (pales qui devaient frotter sur la structure = bruit très désagréable)
Appel à la réception. Arrivée d'un technicien dans les 10 minutes qui ont suivies l'appel. Parfait très bonne réactivité mais...
Le technicien après avoir constaté cette anomalie me demande de revenir dans la demi heure sachant qu'il devait être afféré autre part. Le problème est qu'il n'est jamais revenu !!! donc je vous laisse imaginer la nuit avec ce bruit permanent !!!
Dommage que le manque de professionnalisme d'une seul personne puisse ternir la réputation d'un hôtel haut de gamme.
