Would never stay here if I had known the state of the place.
Pros:

Location is great and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The facilities were old and dilapidated. Water damage left all the cupboards swollen. Plug points were falling off the wall. The kid's room was a health hazard-. It had a consistent odour of bird droppings due to a window that was encrusted in the bathroom. It also meant that the window could not be opened. I was worried about their health. We left early and was assured we would get a portion of our money back but have not been provided a refund.

It's an excellent location for our purposes.
The staff were all friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny. I did ask if they had a bigger room available and was moved to a bigger room when one was available (thank you for that), but the initial room was really unlivable. It was too small to even change your mind in. I didn't realise that I had a touch of claustrophobia until I stayed here. I don't think this is a boutique hotel; it's more of a house that's been turned into a motel.

I largely blame myself for not taking a closer look, and if I were someone literally just looking for a place to sleep for one night, it wouldn't be too bad.

Pros:

Very friendly, nice and helpful staff. The place is very beautiful and at a good location.

Cons:

The Tv was broken couldn’t see the On button. But they said they gonna fix it. Its a good place but way too pricey. The room was also very small.

Location was great

Cons:

Room size was too small. The lack of cleanliness shows neglect. The door gap at the bottom is big and could easily be fixed. The bathroom door handle is poorly fitted that it could hurt your finger. Towels need to be thrown away for new ones. This is a pattern at Lux
