Very disappointed and it would only take a little work/ tiding up and clients would be satisfied

Conveniently situated but very noisy.

Cons:

Just clean the rooms up and give the clients the basic things, like drinking glasses, decent chairs, aircon that works properly, clean the shower head or replace it.
