We had such a wonderful stay at Luxe on Ridge Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their friendly and professional service.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, peaceful, and has a luxurious atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Every detail showed the care and pride the team puts into making guests feel at home.

The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Durban while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing environment. The hospitality we received was exceptional, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Excellent experience
Pros:

I liked everything about the property, friendliness stuff from the reception, they were very welcoming and made our stay more comfortable.

Cons:

Not having microwave from the rooms , we had to go all the way to the reception to warm up our food. But other than that i wouldn't mind coming back

Pros:

I love this hotel, I’ve stayed here 4 times and always stay here when I’m in Durban. I find that no matter where I’m going in Durban it’s close to everywhere great location and friendly staff that let me check in early.

Cons:

At night it sometimes takes the security guard time to open the gate which isn’t safe if I’m being dropped off by an uber.

There is very limited parking. The outside is not interesting. I love to see a good garden or place to sit outside

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to the lifestyle centre and 5 minute drive to Florida rd and other POI.
Staff were welcoming and were quick to follow up with a personal matter i had experienced which I really appreciated.
Facilities are well maintained and rooms are perfect for a short stay. (If you plan to Uber within durbsn this us a great location to stay)

Cons:

Parking lot is a tad tight, but nothing serious.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The property was very clean. Location is fairly close to Comrades start.

Cons:

The cupboards don't have shelves.
The shower doesn't have soap holders or rack to put my own stuff on.
The pool is only for females.
Gym is only for females. So my husband couldn't use the facilities.
Not all the bedside lamps worked.
