Urgent Maintenance Required
Pros:

Room and bathroom was clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Maintenance of the property and facilities is very poor. The aircon dripped water on the room floor right near the wall plug which was also loose (major fire hazard). The TV decoder is outdated and did not work well - initially no picture which was then adjusted by staff member however after that sound was on and off. The actual property is run down and upkept and as a result does not appear at all inviting and makes one rather uncomfortable. Would not recommend to others.

I enjoyed my stay and i highly recommend this place, I will definitely use it again.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean place. Area close to a lot of fun activity places.

Cons:

They need to put a bell by the gate, sometimes we had to shout for them to open when we returned from an outing.

The boutique hotel is centrally located and very neat. Staff were always smiling, helpful, and pleasant. They cleaned the rooms daily.
