Pros:

Very friendly, nice and helpful staff. The place is very beautiful and at a good location.

Cons:

The Tv was broken couldn’t see the On button. But they said they gonna fix it. Its a good place but way too pricey. The room was also very small.

Cons:

Room size was too small. The lack of cleanliness shows neglect. The door gap at the bottom is big and could easily be fixed. The bathroom door handle is poorly fitted that it could hurt your finger. Towels need to be thrown away for new ones. This is a pattern at Lux

i was also not given a family room, the room was too small although i had booked family suite

the room i was given 201 had no heater, the aircon could only blow cold air and it was in wintter, when i asked i was told they would give me another blanket which they did not
