Pros:

Die Wohnung war, für Londoner Verhältnisse, extrem geräumig. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war neu, gut durchdacht und professionell ausgeführt (auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit in London). Nachdem wir öfter in Hampstead sind, werden wir sicher wiederkommen.

Excellent apartment in a fabulous location we will definitely return soon.
Pros:

Excellent location in Hampstead. Lovely apartment with absolutely everything required for a comfortable stay. The restaurant downstairs was fabulous for breakfast. We will most definitely return again soon.

Cons:

Only one issue for us. Ideally we would have liked a locked storage room when leaving our luggage when we checked out at 11am…it appeared to have been placed by the stairs to the toilets which wasn’t as we had hoped. We would have rated 10 if the luggage could have been stored in a more secure location only staff could enter.

Perfect spot in Hampstead
Pros:

Staying in the heart of Hampstead was a delight. Great restaurants, shops and energy. Easy access to public transport and Hampstead Heath. And Oak & Poppy was the perfect home base. The flat is well kitted, spacious and well decorated. Loved it.

Pros:

Everything was as it should be for a quality accommodation. Oak & Poppy was the very first place we have stayed at in over 20 years where they have thought of everything and we could not fault it. Staff very friendly and helpful. It may be a little higher priced than similar properties in the area however it was more than worth it in our opinion.

Cons:

Nothing not to like at all.

Pros:

Stay like a home

It was a fantastic time to stay in Hampstead with Oak & Poppy! The facilities are authentic and modern, with very quiet surroundings so we had a rest very well. We would definitely like to come back here for the next holiday.

Pros:

everything! the apartment was far beyond expectations: Cozy, big, well equipped, clean, shiny, everything you need. location was perfect for my needs, and above all: the team is just wonderful! so nice and gentle, willing to help with any need or question. The restaurant downstairs is also very good, great atmosphere, food and service. I highly recommend the place.!

Cons:

there is no elevator in the building - BUT - the staff is so willing to help you with your luggage that you don't really feel it at all.

Wonderful stay in Hampstead
Pros:

Great stay! The apartment was new, clean and in a great location. Everyone working at the restaurant downstairs was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Pros:

This apartment was lovely, it was very modern, highly equipped, and very comfortable. The view from the bedroom being the large stained glass window of the church behind the property was stunning. The hosts of the property were amazing, I can't thank them enough for making our stay so smooth. They were incredible! We were staying for my partners birthday and valentine's day, and this was perfect. Also, if you stay here, you must eat at the restaurant downstairs, the food was excellent, the nicest place I've eaten in a long time. I can't recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!
