Pros:

Hotel was very clean and in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Great coffee shops and many food options all around. The complimentary Starbucks coffee in the room was delicious.

Hotel is modern and clean with the rooftop bar very convenient! Friendly staff and very accommodating. Only thing is the hot tub wasn’t hot enough 💧😊 and it’s unfortunate that there is no in-room fridge. We’ll be back- muchas gracias 🙏

The hotel has been remodelled very nicely. The room and ensuite were great. I chose an internal room to avoid any possible traffic noise and it was very peaceful.

The rooftop restaurant and small pool were great. Some small loose tiles in the pool need fixing (very minor issue).

Alex the security guard was a pleasure to meet and very helpful. I speak reasonable Spanish but he has excellent English so is a real asset to the hotel.

My only complaint was noisy guests at 1:30am in reception on a Saturday night. The noise echoed around the hotel. I complained to reception who apologised but didn’t stop them. Grrr!

The hotel location is great. Clean and safe area for walks, parks, and many restaurant options. The WTC is close and has more restaurants, supermarket, cinema, and the Mirador rooftop for fantastic views across the city.

Oh and on Sunday a market takes over an entire street very nearby. It’s fascinating to walk through and get a taste of local life, food and products.
