Leider schon etwas beschädigte Möbel. Inflexibles Personal-beim Einchecken wurde ein Fehler gemacht der für uns von Nachteil war.
Everything was very clean, in good condition and we were very happy with the service. The location is awesome, easy to walk to the main tourist sites and lots of pubs/cafes/restaurants nearby.
The bed and pillows in both our rooms were like rocks. They were very hard and uncomfortable. The rest of the room was great, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside or inside the hotel. But our sleep was poor because of the beds

It was safe and clean. The staff were lovely.
Location - was not great. I’d recommend staying south of the river instead. It felt a little rough!
The room was okay - clean and did the job but, a few little things were noticed. For example, the bed side table was chipped, there was no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom, the sink drain didn’t work, the bed was really firm/uncomfortable and the kitchen area didn’t feel like it had had a deep clean before our arrival.
The other thing to note - the room really was the same size as a hotel & the kitchen equipment was very basic. So, you didn’t really get any benefit from it being an “apartment”. There was also no daily cleaning service - we missed this!

Güvenlik çok başarılı idi.
Normal stüdyo odalarda yer olmadığı için, ki aslında biz çok önceden de rezervasyon yaptırmıştık, bize "disabled room" vermek zorunda kaldılar, oda bu nedenle çok geniş olmasına rağmen bizim için kullanışlı değildi maalesef.
Bunun dışında kahvaltı saatleri çok kalabalık olduğu için kahvaltı alanı, kahvaltı malzemeleri (çatal, bıçak, kahve makineleri vs) yetersiz kalıyor, otel çalışanları gerçekten çok tatlı ve gayretli olmalarına rağmen bu kalabalığa servis yetiştirmekte, boşalan masaların temizliğini bir sonraki misafir için hızla hazırlamakta koşullar sebebiyle güçlük çekiyorlar.

Check in very rigid. Beds are not very comfortable.
Super zentrale lage! Alles zu Fuß erreichbar! Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und einkaufen in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lebensmittel am besten im großen Supermarkt ca 250m einkaufen, die kleinen Spar Läden sind deutlich teurer!
Kleine Küche, bequeme Betten. Sauberkeit gut!
Frühstück würde ich nicht unbedingt dazu buchen. Sehr chaotisch. Vieles vergriffen und wird sehr langsam nachgefüllt.
