Pros:

La qualité de l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, les services offerts (possibilité de commander pizzas, boissons, desserts, en-cas…livrés à la réception)
Très bonne insonorisation
Centre ville et arrêt de bus accessible à pied

Cons:

Cuisine très petite. Il ne faut pas penser pouvoir y cuisiner (sauf des plats sans préparation ) mais micro onde qui permet de faire réchauffer ses repas.
Petit bémol sur le quartier le soir : pas d’agressivité mais quelques personnes alcoolisées.

Ubicación ideal y personal amable
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica. A 5 minutos de Temple Bar y 10 del Spire, en una zona comercial y de restaurantes muy práctica y nada ruidosa, con sitios para comer muy variados y un pub fantástico justo al lado. El personal es muy amable, un chico hasta hablaba español, y me gustó especialmente que pudieras pedir más cápsulas de café o infusiones si te acababas las de cortesía.

La habitación se queda pequeña si abres el sofá cama, yo no la recomendaría para tres personas, pero es más que suficiente para dos. Nosotros estuvimos muy cómodos. No tiene armarios pero hay un mueble con dos cajones y una barra para colgar las perchas que para nosotros fue más que suficiente. El baño, aunque estrecho, está nuevo y es cómodo de usar.

La tele es enorme y lee bien los pendrives. Esto igual es un comentario muy personal, pero nos gusta viajar con series para ver por la noche y es la primera vez que podemos verlas bien y sin problemas.

Cons:

Nos pusieron en la planta baja, al nivel del suelo, con ventanas que daban a un callejón y en las que a veces se paraba gente a beber o trapichear. Un día hasta vimos a un hombre parado mirando por la ventana de una habitación contigua a la nuestra. Yo recomendaría pedir la habitación en un piso en la planta primera o superior. Nosotros no pedimos cambio y no pasó nada, corres la cortina y ya está, pero no es agradable.

La limpieza tampoco es una maravilla. Sabíamos de partida que al estar menos de 7 noches no estaba incluida, pero siendo así la limpieza inicial debería haber sido más exhaustiva y yo encontré bolas de pelos entre los cojines del sofá y las puertas de los armarios de la zona de cocina estaban bastante grasientas.

La cama a mí me pareció un poco dura, pero eso es cuestión de gustos, para mi marido estaba bien. La presión de la ducha tampoco era muy allá pese a estar en la planta baja.

Cons:

Studio apt was quite small if you're looking for a place to cook and live for a few days, apart from all the apt facilities which were great, it was closer to the size of a standard hotel room. Perfect for short stays if going to an event in the city centre. Perfect for travelling with kids/young teens.

Moderne Ausstattung der Zimmer, ruhig und gute Erreichbarkeit.

Cons:

Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten für das Gepäck im Zimmer. Wenig Platz beim Frühstücksbuffet, das nicht automatisch aufgefüllt wurde. Wir mussten immer wieder um Teller oder Brot bitten. Dazu mussten wir mehrfach um Besteck bitten. Das Besteck war auch nicht wirklich sauber.

Queste sono le informazioni che avrei voluto conoscere:Letto king, poltrona letto comoda, macchinetta nespresso con capsule gratuite su richiesta, in bagno lavandino piccolo e basso ma doccia molto spaziosa con possibilità di chiedere altri asciugamani, possibilità di prendere da bere giù al bar e portarlo in stanza.

Bon emplacement , grand immeuble avec peu de service.

Très bon emplacement dans un quartier avec tous les commerces

Cons:

La location est enregistrée pour 4 mais contrairement à la photo le lit canapé n'est pas fait à l'avance et c'est à vous de le faire avec des draps emballés sous le lit principal, de même pour 4 personnes il n'y a que 3 chaises.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est juste à coté de la réception donc très bruyant quand des groupes arrivent ou partent.

non trovare pronto il terzo letto ma dover aprire noi e preparare con le lenzuola la poltrona/letto
cucina non molto pulita piatti non ben lavati
solo 2 sedute per pranzare al piccolo tavolo quando sono previste 3 persone nell'appartamento...un pò scomodo

Central location, good sized comfortable rooms
Pros:

Central location, very clean, quiet and spacious room. Easy walking distance to tourist areas. Helpful friendly staff. Luggage storage room was really handy.

Cons:

There pipes made a loud high pitched noise when we ran water, we could also hear it when other rooms used their water.
