L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour découvrir Assise. La chambre était confortable et le petit-déjeuner complet.
Climatisation contrôlée à distance et bloquée sur 24°! La chambre était très chaude et impossible de faire baisser la température. La climatisation est un de mes critères de choix et cela a été une grosse déception.
Assise compte beaucoup d'escaliers et l'hôtel ne fait pas exception à cette règle. Notre chambre se situait au deuxième étage (et le rez-de-chaussée est déjà quasi un étage plys haut que la rue) d'une annexe se trouvant à une centaine de mètres de l'hôtel principal... Le tout sans ascenseur. Il faut le savoir si vous avez des valises importantes. C'est très physique.
Pas de savon adapté corps et cheveux dans la douche mais le même que pour les mains...
Great location in the very centre of Assisi
We had paid for the best category of room yet when we arrived in it we found it to be full of literally thousands of small red spiders crawling everywhere. We complained to reception and instead of offering a change of room they simply used a horribly smelling spray to try and kill them - which worked for about 10 minutes before they all came back again. It made for a sleepless night knowing these creatures could be crawling all over us.
What’s more, because the room was in the roof, it had no views - just high up velux windows and a terrace which was far along a small corridor with a frosted glass door so unless you were out on the terrace you could enjoy no views from the room. The room was also very tatty with large water marks on the ceiling and cobwebs in many corners.
For a 4 star, the offering of cosmetics in the bathroom was pathetically basic. There were no glasses for water - just disposable cups. There were no gowns in the room. Breakfast was very basic. And keep in mind that our one night in this hotel had cost over 300 euros making this a very expensive bad experience, particularly compared with other hotels in the area.

Room was a good size with good amenities and a well appointed bathroom.
Noisy restaurant next door to the annex.
The only other negatives for us were a hard mattress and pillows.
Guest over 70 should also be aware that there is no lift in the hotel or annex.
ottima struttura in pieno centro staff cordiale colazione perfetta e pulizia delle camere ineccepibile,consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Assisi al meglio.
Direi che per una coppia di "anziani" Assisi non agevola molto in riferimento alle scale da fare,scordatevi gli ascensori, ma questo non è un problema solo di questo albergo ma di tutta la città.
Breakfast was OK but not very special. Fruit salad was from tinned fruit, breads were Ok but not special.

Not being told where to park before checking in.
Not being advised that although the hotel was in a restricted area, that we were permitted to drive to the hotel.
Maybe we could be given a What3words.com location on where to park as an alterative to being given a map at the hotel reception....
Ottima la posizione nel cuore di Assisi. La camera di dimensioni adeguate ma poca attenzione ai dettagli come la cornice superiore della porta attaccata con il nastro adesivo o gli escrementi dei colombi sul davanzale della finestra. Nel complesso una buona struttura ad un prezzo ragionevole data la centralità.
La colazione è stata molto deludente con prodotti commerciali ed alcuni anche di scarsa qualità. Mi sarei aspettato di trovare prodotti locali ma, purtroppo nemmeno l'ombra
Très bien placé et jolie décoration.
Salle de bain pas propre, pdj pas très bon, chambre avec une fenêtre sous forme de sortie de secours donnant sur la rue.
Posizione centrale in Assisi sistemazione molto gradevole.
