Great location and super friendly staff
The location was perfect, and probably the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. There is a wonderful turn down service with a pot of tea in the evenings which was brilliant.
We were a little unlucky in being there over a bank holiday so we couldn’t use the spa on the day we were free - no fault of course. And the yoga class didn’t seem to happen when we tried to go.
Excellent breakfast cooked to order with a lot of variation. Very great location in heart of Coyoacán near everything.staff very attentive staff. Lovely rooftop patio.

Central location and wonderful staff! Treated like kings! They were very accommodating letting us use the spa shower before taking a midnight flight. They clearly do everything for their customers.
The room was not large and the bed (very comfortable!) was slightly oversized. Not a lot of room left for luggage. A slightly smaller bed would still be perfectly fine but leave more space.

A locked entrance door made checkin a little awkward
Great atmosphere, you are in the heart of coyoacan. The staff is extremely helpful and the free yoga course on weekdays is great ! The rooms are decorated with lots of taste, very nice breakfast and great terrace

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy buena. Se puede caminar a todos lados. Hay muchas opciones de restaurantes, museos, cafeterías y mercados cercanos. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Tuvimos oportunidad de contratar servicios de masajes terapéuticos y estuvieron muy bien. Además recibí una clase de cocina mexicana con el Chef del Hotel, Gabino, muy buena. La experiencia culinaria es muy recomendada. Los desayunos son buenísimos y hay muchas opciones para elegir.
The location is perfect. Close to all amenities and a couple of notable houses. The room was nice and the staff were superb. Very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were lovely.
The shower didn't stay hot for long - it would appear that is common in Mexico!!

The setting is lovely, and the neighborhood is full of interesting restaurants and things to do. The rooms are beautiful, super clean and comfortable. What makes this hotel truly exceptional are the staff who are focused on helping with whatever you need. They are solicitous and kind. The massages were wonderful. Yoga on the roof terrace was taught by an excellent teacher--it made for a wonderful start to the day. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. A truly wonderful place.
