I liked the reception. The staff. The view.
I felt so comfortable there. The guy on reception was so friendly and warm. I stay in Hotel a lot and this Hotel felt welcoming and a happy place to stay.
Lovely man on reception helped me get my Cab and carried my bag. Wish I had his name to thank him - great teeth! Very good looking - without any arrogance , airforce trainers!

Beautiful , clean and great customer service
I didn’t stay 2 nights
There was a good variety of choice at breakfast time and the cooked food was freshly prepared
We ate in the evening on one night and were very disappointed; one choice of food was served cold yet overcooked and hard. Not a good experience at all. We did complain and the cost of that meal was deducted from our bill.
There was a limited provision of fresh coffee, tea and milk provided in our room.

The hotel was very central beside Lime St. station and very convenient to main bus stops (incl. airport buses just under 5 mins walk
Great Charlotte St stop.) also just across the road from The World Museum pick up point for many tours e.g. Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, North Wales tour etc. Reception, restaurant & house-keeping staff were all extremely helpful & professional. Excellent & varied breakfast. Will return thank you.

Everything! Friendly staff that went above and beyond. Fantastic building, great decor, nice and cool for the hot weather. Clean rooms, great breakfast and value for money is 10/10
The only thing I suppose I can think of is the fact I struggled to cast to the TV to listen to some music before going out. I work in IT so I am fairly proficient with that stuff.
