Breakast crowded and staff shortage combined with capacity of restaurant so somewhat chaotic at peak times so couldnt replenish food or lear tables fast enough but excellent if go earlier or later

The hotel was conveniently situated and every member of staff we talked to was friendly and helpful.

Our room looked out onto a dirty rooftop but that didn't worry us too much. A bit disappointing though.
Unfortunately we were unimpressed with the breakfast. On both days the temperature of the food was low (especially the scrambled eggs). On our second morning there clearly was a shortage of staff. No plates and cups available at some of the service stations. One of the coffee machines did not work and the water in the urn was not hot enough to melt the coffee granules. I managed to get coffee at another machine (3rd time lucky). Everything just seemed to be disjointed and disorganised.
Very surprised to find a very small bar area.

This hotel is outstanding in location, cleanliness and the staff so helpful and knowledgeable. Food in the evening at their restaurant was excellent .

Price of the room and the size. Have stayed in much bigger rooms and a lot cheaper. It was my partners birthday and paid for a premium room and was very disappointed.
Great location to train station and attractions. Brilliant staff nothing too much trouble wish I had got gentleman’s name on reception today he was absolutely fantastic, breakfast smashing you could not have done any better we will definitely be back

I love this hotel. I messed up my stay dates and the staff were amazing at helping me sort it. We come here when we attend a Liverpool FC game. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
I was in darkness in my twin room for my 3 night stay,I cant get any feedback from customer care since my stay from 9th to 12th of april,no hot water no lights,its a terrible hotel and I would advise everybody to stay away from,there customer care department is terrible too,they couldnt care what happened,I would advise anybody thinking of booking here to go somewhere else,they dont deserve your business

La decoración divina. La atención del personal muy buena y la de Simone fue inmejorable. Lo q necesitabas al instante el te lo resolvía. Todo el tiempo preguntando si necesitábamos algo. Maravilloso.
