Pros:

Location was excellent, breakfast was lovely staff were polite and helpful, straight out of the back of the hotel onto train station concorce.

The staff are always amazing and friendly. The hotel is lovely and positioned very good in Liverpool city centre.

Cons:

The only thing was the pillows. They felt like flat pancakes.

Pros:

My daughter and I had a lovely night at this hotel. At the time of booking I was given options for what room I wanted, on that basis I upgraded to a room overlooking St George's Hall. The service at the front desk was excellent and they resolved an issue for me. After the theatre, we had great service in the bar and the following morning at breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The bonus is it is so convenient for the train station, cultural attractions and shopping.

Great hotel. Shame I didn’t sleep well due to the beds so hard
Pros:

Quirky, trendy with lovely staff, beautifully laid out.

Cons:

The bed was so hard and only 2 pillows.
I did mention to receptionist that I found the bed very hard. She said it was standard across their hotels and to ask next time for a duvet to lay on.
