Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel situated right next to the train station.
The room was lovely and had soundproofing so you didnt hear any of the trains or other customers walking up and down the corridor.
The bed was massive and comfortable.
Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was good with a great variety.

Cons:

When I arrived in the room, it was freezing. I would have expected the room to be warm if it was going to be occupied. Heating had no instructions.
The toilet had a slow leak underneath it so I had to put one of the towels under it. I asked for it to be fixed whilst I was out the following day. Sadly, that didn't happen.

Great experience and fantastic location.
Pros:

The whole experience is lovely. Especially the breakfast and the room is clean and tidy with great decor. The staff are welcoming on arrival and departure and can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast today didn’t appear to have as many options as it usually does and the bed seemed smaller than usual. Think this may have been because I had a standard room though.

Brilliant location and a great hotel - would definitely stay again
Pros:

Brilliant location - right next to Liverpool Lime Street station and St John’s Shopping Centre. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but it was very easy and convenient to park at the shopping centre nearby.

The room was a reasonable size, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was clean. Most importantly, the hotel is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for me.

Cons:

Nothing.
