Brilliant hotel and restaurant

We went for a pre-theatre meal which was lovely.

Very disappointing. Did not deliver on this occasion
Pros:

It was OK

Cons:

NO drawers for clothes. No fridge - just a REALLY dirty cupboard where it should be and was told one was not available as waiting for new ones. Try cleaning the filthy space then.
Told had to wait 30 mins for a table as they had to 'Clean'; when there was only three tables taken
Bath robes would have been nice.
There was no tv remote and got fed up of waiting for one when they promised to bring it up we fetched it ourselves
For £500 for two nights I expected more from Radisson. Ive had far better from cheaper city hotels. Poor standards.
When we complained, they came and told us we could have a suite., Too little too late. We were tired and wanted to watch the England match which we would have missed as we had already showered and unpacked.

Pros:

BE CAREFUL! They charged me twice and still have not refunded even after I complained and emailed. The reception guy deliberately charged my card twice. Still No response.

Cons:

I would give zero but hotel was good other than this really bad experience. Charged double, no refund and no response

Fab staff, great location, disappointing rooms and average dining
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and the location was very good

Cons:

We had to change rooms. We had paid for a junior suite, but had to downgrade (we lots the difference in price) the room was in the eaves. Really hot , former windows without blinds and claustrophobic. We felt really uncomfortable. Our next room was far better (but a lower category, but unfortunately the air con didn’t work (during the heatwave)

Friendly staff nice rooms central location

Cons:

The coffee machine and no hot water for coffee or tea in the bar for our entire stay .
