Amazing building lovely and clean staff were great

Beautifully decorated rooms, foyer and restaurant.
Toilets, from bar area had to go downstairs plus the lighting in there was poor, I know it's on purpose but I personally don't like that.

The first time we stepped into reception i knew this was going to be a good place to stay the welcome from ther eception desk staff was happy smiling and very helpful
Our room was beautiful and the bed and pillows were so comfortable
Great rain shower tea and coffee provided a complimentary bottle of water each and a fridge to keep it cool we will definitely stay there again

Excellent friendly staff on arrival made to feel very welcome. Room was beautiful which always sets the scene for my break. Very modern, chic room. Lovely bathroom with excellent shower. Lovely soft large towels.

It’s hard not to picture yourself as a princess staying at this hotel.
And of course, everything is exceptional. Top level experience :) no doubt.
Lovely hotel in historic building, next to station. Great location for exploring all of central Liverpool and dock area. Rooms were very chic and comfortable. Great bar and lobby area. I loved all the art and photos. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Perfect!

Darren on reception was fantastic, checked us and change us to a twin room. I was disappointed with staff member who was on in the evening i reported our coffee machine was broken and he was very unhelpful just said i can call maintenance but they wont come its Sunday,

Friendly staff - Darren was very helpful as per his usual high standard and the reception team were very accommodating.
An issue with the TV was resolved fairly promptly considering there were not too many staff available ; which is to their credit.
When I fell asleep, I almost needed peeling from the bed as it was so comfy.
Breakfast was poor quality, in particular the sausages and the hot drinks

A fantastic location, right next door to the station and so close to the Empire Theatre. Lovely building, great breakfast and brilliant staff, they were a credit to the hotel

The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The tap felt like it was going to come off and the hook for the shower head fell off. As soon as we turned on the tv, the remote stopped working and the chrome cast would not work. It felt like the hotel tried to make everything look sleek and modern which it did but settled for cheap fixtures and amenities.
