Muy buena ubicación, la habitación con vista a la bahía (tenia poca vista a la bahía), muy limpia y de buen tamaño, el closet era un armario ¿?...lo mejor y realmente espectacular es la atención y animo de MIGUEL, quien nos ayudo con todo de principio a fin, Derrel y Wilver muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa amistosa y las cariñosas y acogedoras Lucia y la sra Maya, logran que cada vez que entras o sales del hotel sea un agrado

Tegenstrijdigheden!
Pros:

De ligging is perfect; op 5 minuten van de pondjesbrug in Otrobanda en in een leuk stukje met terrasjes en winkeltjes. De kamer ws er ruim (wel donker) en voorzien van tv, airco, koffiezetapparaat, kluisje etc. Het personeel van het hotel is supervriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is bij een ander hotel waar je heen moet lopen. Dat staat niet in de beschrijving. Bij het ontbijt waren zaken regelmatig op (ook om 08:30 al!). Als je er dan om vroeg werd meestal wel bijgevuld maar niet altijd. De boter was bijvoorbeeld gewoon ‘op’ een van de dagen om half 9. Heel behulpzaam waren ze daar ook niet. Ook met de via het hotel geregelde huurauto ging het mis; die kwam pas een uur na afgesproken tijd. Voor de koffiepads op de kamer werd initieel gezegd dat we ervoor moesten betalen. Dit werd later gecorrigeerd. De airco deed het niet (maar werd dezelfde dag wel gerepareerd). Kortom: te veel dingetjes die wij niet vonden passen bij de prijs die wij voor 4 sterren betaalden.
