A truly wonderful place. I want to thank the manager who accommodated all our requests—he even lent me his own coat for two days; it was a fantastic gesture. I also want to thank the Egyptian, Syrian, and Tunisian staff members; they were all amazing—a perfect team.
I highly recommend visiting this place.
I will definitely return; it is a quiet spot with incredibly kind people who make you want to come back. I will be مكان رائع جدآ واشكر المدير الذي لبى كل مانطلبه والذي اعطاني معطفه لمده يومين كانا رائع جدآ واشكر الشب المصري وسوري وتونسي كانو رائعين فريق متكامل

المكان جميل وهاديء ونظيف والموظفين قمة في التعاون والابتسامة عندهم موظفون عرب يساعدونك في اللغة وهم جميعاً حتى الأتراك رائعين والمطعم ممتاز والفندق يصلح استكنان يومين لا يصلح للإقامة الطويلة
اشكر الموظفين جميعا كنتم رائعين

نصيحة للأخوان اللي يبغون يروحون اوزنقول ارجع مع طريق طرابزون الساحلي ولا تروح مع الجبال جهة سلطان مراد لأنه جبلي وغير مزفلت وخطير جداً كانت تجربة مرعبة وضباب ماتشوف والنت يقطع بالطريق لاتغلطون غلطتي ارجوكم

الفندق جميل ودافئ والموظفين رائعين قاموا بترقية غرفتنا إلى سويت غرفة وصالة 🤩😍 استمتعنا في إقامة ليلتان في الفندق المكان هادئ انصح بالبقاء في الفندق لنه بعيده ومنعزل نسبيا لكنه يستحق البقاء فيه انصح بالذهاب له في النهار حيث الطبيعة الخلابة لنه في الليل يكون فيه ضباب كثير والطريق له صعود ومنعطفات حادة وتكثر في الشاحنات
