La ducha no servia para bañarse bien y lo que no me gustó del hotel fue que no había privacidad en el baño porque éramos 3 personas!!!

The staff honestly was very helpful and reasonable when I had questions or issues. They always very attentive to the room and provided great service.
This is a great budget hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities. It's also in a great location with easy access to several beach communities on the west side of Phuket. I did find a piece of hair on the bathroom counter, and there was a gurgling sound and sewage smell that came from the toilet one night (but it dissipated fairly quickly)--pretty minor issues overall. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

GLOW Mira is an excellent hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The hotel was clean, and looked brand new. I loved the pool, rooftop bar, and the breakfast buffet in the morning. The rooms were spacious and very quiet. I would stay here again! Latisha
The hotel staffs were lovely and super helpful, cleaning was excellently done. Breakfast was however very boring so don't expect too much, very limited options and almost same thing everyday. Every other part was lovely.

Friendly staff. They were going through renovations but did not really affect my stay. Even had a few hours of no electricity during one day of my stay but the staff did a good job of helping guests get to rooms or other areas
