Perfekt läge.
Pros:

Faktisk läge mitt på stranden. Vi bodde i ett familjerum med utsikt till havet, och hade även en stor altan med tak som var väldigt uppskattat när man reser med små barn. Daglig städning, nya handdukar och vatten - inget att klaga på. Rummet var bra storlek och kändes välhållet. Lite hårda sånger dock.
Trevlig personal i receptionen som kunde hjälpa till vid frågor samt hjälpte med bagagen till och från båten. Möjlighet för fantastisk massage på hotellet till rimliga priser. Flera bra restauranger i närområdet samt ca 300 m till walking street. Alt i akt ett väldigt bra hotell - vi kommer gärna igen.
Enda minuset var att det på beskrivningen (bekvämligheter) stod att det fanns pool, vilket inte stämmer. Men pool behov finns inte när det ligger precis på stranden.

Nice stay in a very nice hotel.
Pros:

The helpful staff picks up guests at the pier and takes their luggage to reception.
Check-in was uncomplicated and quick.
The rooms look new/renovated. Large and very clean with a great view of the beach.
After checking out you were taken with your luggage to check-in at the pier. Here too, the staff transported the suitcase.

Clean and quiet bungalows by the beach.
Pros:

I decided last minute to come to koh lipe. The price looked good and it had good reviews on another travel site so I decided to give it a go for one night, then figure out what to do next. I would have stayed longer but another really hard to book resort opened up. I decided to extend my island visit and came back here for my last day.

Everything looks new and clean check in was a breeze. I booked one of the bungalows with air conditioning and has a little deck with table and chairs plus a hammock to relax. You do have to walk along the beach to get here. It's just a few minutes walk to the walking street entrance where most boats drop off. There are restaurants and bars for on the sand experience an even shorter walk away (monkey bar has fire dance show daily)

My only complaint was power plugs are not next to the bed as I was here on a worcation. This really isn't a place people go to work so it won't matter to most but figured I'd call it out. I suspected it was the case based on the photos on agoda.

Beach front comfort
Pros:

We booked the Beachfront Sea View Room and that's exactly what we got. Right on the beach with a lovely balcony. There are only two of these in the resort and ours was on the upper floor so this review is for this apartment and not the whole complex which was set back a bit.

The views were amazing, the room is big enough, the balcony is large, the bed is big and comfortable with nice linen, the bathroom is nice and the TV is huge.

The owner and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Pros:

This place is very good!! It’s near the beach, pier and walking street. The staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay!!! Thanks & hopefully we will get to stay at yours again :)
