A nice hotel in a great location in Takayama, it was fairly standard but the room and amenities were amazing for the price paid. Would recommend for sure!

Value for price and child friendly
Pros:

Onsen with a lounge that has great view, walkable to the old streets for food and convenient stores, a child play table is available at the lobby and many amenities are available (along with coffee and tea self service). Free night snacks is also awesome.

Cons:

Parking requires payment and due to limited slots right by the hotel, you will need to park at their partner parking a distance away. We got a double bed room, so the bed is a little cramp for 2 adults and 1 toddler.
