Ajánlom mindenkinek, aki néhány napra Riminibe látogat.
Pros:

A tulajdonosnő nagyon kedves, készséges volt. Minden gyorsan és simán ment, a bejelentkezés is gyors volt. Kijelentkezéskor még egy kávét is kaptam. Viszonylag jó helyen van a kis szálloda, a 11-es és a 10-es busz vonalán. Közel van a tenger. Van TV és légkondi, meg egy kis hűtő.

Cons:

Sajnos a vonat közel van a szálláshoz, így este be kellett csuknom az ablakot.

Уютный семейный отель с приветливым и добрым персоналом. Очень чисто и не далеко от пляжа.

Ottimo prezzo e buona camera, se non fosse per i treni
Pros:

I gestori sono stati gentili e disponibili, la stanza che ho avuto (110) era pulita, con un armadio spazioso e con tutte le comodità necessarie, meno il bidet, il prezzo inoltre è ottimo, è vicino alla spiaggia, non avevo il phon e me l'hanno fornito loro. Presenti inoltre climatizzatore e tv. Ampio anche l'orario di check in.

Cons:

Purtroppo, sebbene tutto il resto vada bene, c'è un problema non da poco nella stanza 110, ovvero che ci sono i binari di fronte e i treni si sentono troppo, specie i freccia che pure in piena notte passano a tutta velocità e sembra passino direttamente nella camera. Ho passato quasi tutta la notte sveglio perché il rumore era troppo. Le altre camere non rivolte verso i binari magari non hanno questo problema. Purtroppo però, per quanto sia andato bene il resto, se non si può dormire viene meno lo scopo principale di un hotel. Aggiungendo l'insonorizzazione sarebbe una buona camera ad un ottimo prezzo per soggiorni non troppo lunghi.
