目的には十分でした。ありがとうございます。
Pros:

ローケーションは駅から数分で非常に良い。部屋は入浴して寝るには十分快適である。朝食は良くも悪くもなく普通。コーヒーの無料サービスがあるのは良い。周囲に飲食店がたくさんあるので便利。スーパーやコンビニエンスストアも近所にあってよい。

Cons:

入浴して寝る目的としては十分だが、そのためと考えると値段がやや高めに感じる。チェックインする機械が2台しかなく混雑時には待つ。バスローブはあったのか？（見つからなかった。）

Pros:

部屋は広いとはいえないけど、ちゃんと大きいスーツケースが広げれるスペースもあり、椅子もコロが付いてるので向きを変えてベッドの横に寄せて荷物置きにもなる、飲食する時のテーブルとしても使った。全部がこじんまりとして効率的に使えて良かった。　ハンガーもあの位置が良い。
