Unhelpful staff, 3/10
Pros:

The location was great, unfortunately that’s all that this hotel provides.

Cons:

The Staff at this hotel were the most unhelpful Hotel staff that I have come across in almost 15 years of traveling. We asked for some basic assistance in hiring a car and it was like I was talking to a brick wall. You know when you meet those type of people who it feels like that they just cant be bothered doing anything expect the bare minimum to keep their jobs! 3 staff at the desk no patrons just us and it was like chewing glass trying to get simple answers… moving forward, The Hotel is in a good location, kinda small but all in all it might be a ok place if the Hotel staff had any kind of enthusiasm towards their guests. Like if you don’t like people don’t work in hospitality. Location 10, hotel 5ish - experience 1 - you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

I had a fantastic and the staff was fantastic
Pros:

Great location staff was very helpful and friendly. And in the lobby you had free ice cream free creams and alcohol, which was a great bonus.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable The room was very clean and everything you need.

מלון מפנק , היה אלכוהול בחינם בלובי ועוד הרבה פינוקים לטיפוח מסכות פנים וכו' , החדר לא גדול אבל יחסית ליפן נחשב מרווח

Cons:

יש עלייה ומדרגות מהרחוב על מנת להגיע למלון ועם מזוודות זה קצת היה קשה.
הווילונות בחדר לא אטומים לחלוטין לאור.

Pros:

Location was really great. Cleaning and confort too. Silent. Free drinks at the lobby to top it all off.

Cons:

I could use some more space to hang my clothes.

L’emplacement au centre de Shibuya. À 5 min à pied du métro.
Le personnel est à l’écoute et très accueillant.
Les chambres sont bien optimisées.
La salle de bain est magnifique avec tous les produits d’hygiène nécessaire.

I will definitely stay again
Pros:

The hotel is in the walking distance to the busiest crossing in Tokyo- Shibuya Crossing. Many local restaurants on the way with delicious food. In the lobby all kinds of goods ( ice cream, coffee, champagne, and more) FREE

Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Perfect location, just a few minute walk to the Shibuya station and all restaurants and landmarks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The unlimited alcoholic beverages and all the small free amenities are a bonus. I was worried about the room smelling like smoke because it’s a smoking hotel but never did I smell any cigarette smoke. Room is very clean!

Cons:

Room is small but has everything you need.
