The rooftop bar and the views
Room was clean and spacious. Upscale bath with modern aesthetics. Decent breakfast
Poor parking options and not much help from valet department. Limited breakfast options. Not many options at a walking distance from the hotel

It was close to the Riverwalk and the breakfast was amazing! Bar was super cool. Staff was amazing! Our room was a corner room with an amazing view of St.Marys Cathedral. Rooftop lounge/bar also cool. At night they have an area where they serve Herbal tea which helped me completely relax before bed. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel. Price was very reasonable. Parking garage behind hotel was convenient for two reasons. It was a public parking garage and 10.00!

Kenesha with the parking was so professional and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. Also the young people working the check in desk were also very kind and helpful.
The element was way better than what I expected. It was very chic and the room was fantastic. Staff was great and super helpful. The continental breakfast was the biggest that I had ever seen very hard to decide what to eat. The location was perfect as it was just across the street from the Riverwalk.. It was also at a Prime shopping location. Will definitely stay there again when I go to San Antonio. Why stay anywhere else!
Christoper with housekeeping helped me with my DND sign. I appreciate his help and fast response to my issue. Dustin, upon arrival was excellent!!! I went to the rooftop bar and Cesia at the bar was great! Recommended great food and mixes a great drink. Had one cocktail at the downstairs bar and Michelle was just the sweetest lady. I really appreciate her kindness after a long day of meetings.
