Heerlijk!
Pros:

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in Rock Hyrax Hotel! We werden behandeld als koningen. Het voltallige personeel is enorm vriendelijk en attent. Mooie kamer (mooier dan de foto's) met heerlijk bed en kussens. En een hot shower die hier ook echt hot is (wat niet overal in Kenia het geval is). Prijs kwaliteit zeer goed!

Wonderful
Pros:

The staff are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel had a surprise mother’s gifts for the mums. Very thoughtful.

Cons:

Guests and staff talking along the corridor is quite a bother if you are sleeping. The corridor is in between the rooms therefore if you are a light sleeper that won’t give you peace . Pick a room with no corridor or farthest end.

An exceptional stay at Rock Hyrax Hotel Nakuru.
From the moment we made the booking, the service was thoughtful and personalised. They called to confirm our late arrival and even arranged dinner for us past 11pm, which was truly impressive.

Collins and Fenny at reception were outstanding; gracious, professional, and attentive. Faith, Nicole and Tolbert delivered exquisite meals; the food was simply exceptional.

The hotel’s ambience is serene, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were all top-tier.
A truly memorable experience highly recommended and we will for sure be back!
