Prático para quem vai embarcar em cruzeiro
Pros:

Muito perto do Largo della Pace, local de onde partem os ônibus dos cruzeiros, menos de 2 minutos caminhando com malas. O hotel é bem novinho. Estava limpinho e bem organizado. Achei interessante tudo ser automático, vc recebe um QR Code e acessa o hotel e seu quarto. Não tem funcionários, tudo sozinho. Mas super prático.

Convenient, clean place to stay.
Pros:

There wasn't much for breakfast, we actually had to go out for breakfast on both days. Location was good for the cruise ship, but far from the train to take to Rome.

Cons:

The hospitality was fantastic.

Overall our experience was very pleasurable and accommodating
Pros:

The staff were fantastic and very attentive , the overall area was a little sketchy but very accessible to the port. The rooms and hotel itself were very clean .

Cons:

The neighborhood itself seemed a little rundown
But appeared to be safe and friendly during the day . There was an abundance of graffiti around the area which just gave the appearance that the evenings might be questionable.

Pre cruise stay
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was amazing. They gave us recommendations for restaurants places to explore. We loved the restaurants and they even instructed us to take a bus to the walled city taquina which was great. We loved the pastries and coffee in the mornings and we loved the sitting area in the lobby met other travelers who happened to be on our cruise, accommodations could not have been better.

I have nothing to add here everything was great.
