All in all it was a nice hotel stay.
Pros:

The gym was nicer than I expected and had more equipment. Pool looked nice. Room was great. Front desk staff was nice.

Cons:

I was surprised with only staffing one person to run bar AND cook. People had to wait a long time to get a drink or order if the gentleman was cooking. He was VERY NICE! I just couldn't believe he had to do it all. I was also disappointed with how small the menu was. Most hotel restaurants have a decent sized menu and at least staff one cook and one bartender.

Disappointed at snack station and bar you couldnt pay with cash.

It was good
Pros:

We only ate once of the 3 days we were at the hotel. It was ok the apples were a little rotten but the rest was ok.

Pros:

The hotel is just a walking distance to the mall. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

They clean the rooms once in three days and you have to go downstairs to ask for supplies like towels . That's ridiculous. We stayed at another hotel and they clean the rooms everyday.

Pros:

The standard rooms are ok with a kitchenette and a little TV room, modern. I had an issue because unintendedly I booked a wheel chair accessible room that was big but simple, I requested for a regular room and at first the lady at the reception was nice and said OK but then another lady didn’t wanted to, really rude. In the end the first lady switched me to another room, but the experience with the other one was ugly

The air conditioner was loud, the little fridge was too noisy

Pros:

Very nice room and spacious. TV was in an ideal location and bathroom was clean and spacious. Love the layout of the room.

Cons:

The sliding door to the bathroom would not stay open unless propped open with a shoe and inside was not well ventilated.
