Not so much of a “Boutique” hotel

What an unfortunate experience!
The hotel is very small but beautiful. Unfortunately it’s experiencing some remodeling and staff can careless about the noice. Worked continued through 10:30 pm and did not stopped until I complained. My first night I was left out with no water because of the workers. The room’s walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, from people walking, people talking, and cars and loud motorcycles outside. This is NOT a boutique hotel. I have stayed in better hostels.

La remodelación de la casona es muy bella y los colores más la decoración transmiten serenidad.
El staff fue amable e informativo.
El check-in fue un poco tardado porque algo no encontraba la persona que me recibió. Para el check-out no hubo nadie en la recepción y tampoco recibí alguna indicación de qué hacer, así que dejé la llave en la recepción y les envié un WhatsApp para avisar que allí estaría la llave. Tampoco supe cómo cerrar por fuera el hotel.
No me gustó que las cortinas de la habitación que me asignaron permiten la pasada de mucha luz y aunque sea de noche hay mucha iluminación en la calle y el templo que entra al cuarto.

As soon as i got there the manager told me that they do not work with expedía and they did not habe the reservation or the payment from you, and they already had the room i reserved occipied, so i had to go and look for a room some where else , terrible experience.
