Pros:

The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The reception with craft s and painting for children and evening sake tasting for adults made it a perfect place to stay for a family of 5.

Great space for a family of four
Pros:

Great space for a family of 4, having two bathrooms/toilets was great for Tokyo, pricey but well worth it.

Cons:

The lenght of time it takes to use a washing machine and dryer, 5 hours!!!! Just ridiculous! One of the reasons I booked it was because it had one in the apartment but 5 hours is not acceptable

The space for our family of 7 and location to the subway station

Cons:

The price was a bit high... could actually get a high end hotel for the same price but we enjoyed being able to be together vs 2 rooms.

Great place for families
Pros:

I loved that there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and we had the ability to order in with a stocked kitchen. Also loved we had a Family Mart and a 7/11 right by the hotel. Staff was so good to us!

Great family hotel in a quiet part of Tokyo with great access to the places you want to go
Pros:

I love the Nihombashi area. It is a peaceful part of Tokyo that still has great access to everything with just a quick train ride. The hotel is in a fantastic location with at Family Mart right next door, and lots of restaurants and stores within an easy walking distance. The room is huge by Japanese standards and perfect for families, my kids loved the bunk beds and it was nice to have a separate room from them. There's also laundry in the room which is very handy. The activities in the lobby are fun, particularly enjoyed the sake tasting at night.

Cons:

Honestly this was a fantastic stay. I don't think I could have asked for anything else. Great hotel.

Pros:

Easy access to the subway (Ningyocho station), numerous eateries nearby, Family Mart right next door, superb facilities— the rooms are spacious, modern and clean; special shout out to the front desk staff who went out of their way to make my sons birthday special—they assisted with dinner reservations and even got him a gift!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. We are Mimaru fans and will come back each time we are in Tokyo
