One of the staff members was lovely.
The whole experience wasn't great at all. The pictures online were not like the room is currently. I believe that things haven't been maintained well, we had broken furniture, broken fittings in the bathroom, things were completely missing from what was promised in the ad for the hotel, things were dirty. In addition to this, we ran into issues with our car parking space and luggage, we were told there was a lift to make the hauling of luggage easy, yet that wasn't working so we had to use the stairs, and weren't given any directions on exiting the building and almost got lost going down what looked like an abandoned stairwell, and to say that was dodgy is an understatement. And lastly, the noise levels were super loud, we were given earplugs, but that didn't help, and nowhere on the site did it mention anything about noise levels.
Все очень понравилось . Единственный минус отсутствие сейфа и холодильника в номере . Но это не критично и не испортило отдых. Все остальное было отлично!
Friendly staff, good location, clean
Front door was hard to close. Bathroom door didn’t close well too
The staff was very good and friendly, check in was easy and communication clear. They were also very quick in responding via chat before our arrival. Very central with lots to do by foot around. Highly recommended !
The only issue is not with the hotel itself but there's a bar right next to it where they have a soundbox pointed to the street which is pretty loud and can be on until 2am
The location is terrific and the room was larger than expected and spotless. Really friendly staff.
We were lucky with the room we got and despite its proximity to the main square heard nothing at night !

Quarto escuro e confortável
O quarto virado para a escadaria é muito barulhento, pessoas passam à noite bêbadas, falam alto, riem alto, tem música alta também. Ou seja se vc dorme que nem pedra, não terá problema mas se vc tem sono leve, peça um quarto ao lado contrário dessa escadaria

Die Lage, mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Cascais.
Die Lage. Der Largo Luis de Camões ist leider zu einer Party Zone heruntergekommen. Primitive Techno Beats bis 2 Uhr in der Nacht. Ab 6 Uhr morgens weckt einen das Getöse der Stadtreinigung, mit Hochdruckreinigern. Wir haben keine Nacht länger als 4 Stunden geschlafen.
Balade à pied le long de la plage c’est magnifique.
Á mon avis la douche est un peu juste !!!!

The noise coming from the restaurant street below the closed windows.
The hotel had provided before entering the room 2 sets of earplugs so we assume this matter was already noticed and communicated with earlier guests.
